How to fix TubeMate app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the TubeMate app on iPhone
Update TubeMate app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall TubeMate iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix TubeMate on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve TubeMate network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent TubeMate app issues:

Force Stop the TubeMate App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click TubeMate app. » click "Force Stop".

Update TubeMate to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear TubeMate App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "TubeMate app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch TubeMate.

Fix TubeMate unable to contact server/ TubeMate internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click TubeMate » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got TubeMate » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch TubeMate on android.
