Absolutely awful costumer service. Claims to not receive cancellation requests, bills you then refuses to refund you. Does not even care if you are medically unable to use WallPilates anymore for the cancellation in the first place.

Website asks you to buy additional services, and deceives you into an agreement. I thought clicking was going to take me to a page that would show costs and then allow me to agree or disagree and instead it charged me and moved to the next extra charge. I logged in to see what the site was like and started poking around. I then started getting the notifications from my card and realized what happened. I had been charged $170! I informed them of what happened and requested a refund for just the additional services. It had been less than 20 minutes. The response: After reviewing your account details, we must inform you that the purchase of the annual plan and the additional Abs and Booty Challenge programs was authorized by you at the time of transaction. As per our terms and conditions, refunds cannot be issued once the programs have been accessed upon logging in.

WallPilates will charge you and will not allow you to cancel your subscription! When I tried to cancel the second and third time, it charged me three times in four weeks! The exercises themselves aren’t even great! SUCH A SCAM!

I purchased this during a special. They made WallPilates seem so much more than just cheap fitness app. Absolutely not worth the money, there’s so many other apps for less $.
On top of that, they scammed me into paying for one of the challenges! I definitely hit “not interested “ which is in small print under a big button. There’s no itemized invoice before they take your money. THEY REFUSE to give me a refund for wrongfully charging me for the challenge.

The workouts are really short, the customer service is horrible, and they charge $30 and then up it to $60 the next payment. You can’t easily cancel, they state that you have to cancel 24 hours before the renewal but then they don’t provide your renewal date, you just get charged. When you contact them to cancel through email, they are not helpful with any charges that were not warranted. Worst $90 spent of my life.

WallPilates is a total scam!!! My card was charged for the subscription but I couldn’t access anything in WallPilates . ContactedCS and m they said because i logged in, that was considered using WallPilates and no refunds. After several emails and then ghosted for 2 days, they sent it “to a supervisor”. I am also getting emails saying that my cart was reserved and I had so much time to check out. Well they already charged me so I didn’t click on any links. I will be reporting to law enforcement, BBB and PayPal.

This company will bait you through pop ups that apparently act as binding contracts to purchase more challenges, without telling you or sending a billing confirmation after. Their business model is to lure you in with the trial discounts and tell you later that refunds are not possible if you click on those pop ups asking if you want to participate in a challenge. Trustpilot has all the reviews of this scam, I wish I saw more recent reviews and steered clear of this deceptive business.

Hoped would be good plan. Wanted basic when I signed up and had a bunch of popups without details. If you click on to read details of offer, very small is an area to cancel that you are distracted from with all the other information in your face. If you don’t click anything they continue to add unwanted expensive components. Noticed fast, reached out to support asked to just cancel those extras as you could see I didn’t use app yet, just keep plan intended and they refused. Horrible business practice.

There is no way to control your own subscription from the website. I had to send three emails before they would give me a straight answer about the cost of the subscription, they kept jumping around and not giving me an answer. The website looks exactly like WallPilates . I was looking for more information on the extra programs they offer and as soon as you click it they charge you without giving you prices or having you agree to anything. Then they won’t refund you. They said “As you explicitly authorized the purchase of the additional program, we are bound by the terms and conditions that were presented to you before your purchase.” Except I DID NOT AUTHORIZE ANY PURCHASE!! Do not waste your money.

WallPilates overall is helpful. However, the customer service is awful! Be careful with your subscription or even trying to contact customer support through WallPilates . I tried to cancel my subscription through WallPilates , only to not get a response in my email for cancellation of my subscription, then I was charged 3 times on my credit for a Quarterly subscription when I was only supposed to be charged once. When I finally got in contact with customer service through my personal email, I explained to them the issue only for them to deny me my refund stating that I didn’t contact them 24 hours ahead of time. Mind you, that I explained to them I tried contacting them weeks ago through the provided contact section on WallPilates only to get no response and then get charged 3 more times. They completely ignored the fact that I tried to contact them weeks ahead of time to cancel my subscription, and told me based on policy and guidelines that they cannot give me a refund. I will no longer ever be associating with this business from now on.

App doesn’t work properly! Can sign in, but videos won’t load. You get charged for supplementary items from pop-ups, even if you haven’t hit the button to accept them.

Be warn- WallPilates is a scam. I was not able to sign in to my own account and open any exercises beyond the first two. Been back and forth with the support for a week and a half- no solution in sight. Cancelling my subscription, but was declined on my refund request of what was already payed due to some ‘consumed media’ clause.

WallPilates has a lot of bugs in it. Didn’t work most of the time. Asked technical support to help— would take them 48hrs. Finally one of the times they asked me to log in and out and the entire app wouldn’t load. I contacted them and it took them over a week to “fix” (had to log in through a url they sent me and not via WallPilates ). Since I was paying for the service I had asked to not pay that entire week I didn’t have access to the workouts but they never answered (tried asking 4 times). Not to mention it threw off my daily workout routine. I wouldn’t recommend if you’re looking for a reliable app with good customer service (there are plenty others out there!)

This website is a scam!!!! In addition to a $29.99 subscription that I did agree to pay for, I was charged for additional services for a total of $34.99 that I did not agree paying for. They charged me based on me clicking on „Yes, I want to have better ABS”, but nowhere it said it was an additional subscription, what the price was, and that I agree to have my card charged again.

It didn’t move after 3rd day. I couldn’t access after that.

I want to start by saying I've never given anything a 1 star review. But this is the first because WallPilates didn't work for a week! When I asked for a refund they instead kept trying to say they would fix the problem. When they eventually did, a week later, I had already moved on to another app so I could continue my workout goals. And they're still refusing to give me a refund. Super disappointed in their customer service. Be warned...they just want your money and don't care about your fitness goals at all.

I missed canceling subscription due to my daughter passing away and me forgetting to cancel. They will not refund my money, and worry more about their policy and money then the customer.

I hardly ever write reviews but WallPilates does not work. I have been back and forth with the company and because I can open WallPilates even tho I cannot access the workouts they will not refund my money. I was able to do 1 workout when I first signed up because it opened up a link right when I paid for it, but after the first workout I couldn’t find the link again so I emailed the company to see if they have an app and they sent me to WallPilates Store and I downloaded WallPilates and I could log on, put in my weight and age but was not able to access the workouts. So they sent me a link to download WallPilates from and same thing, I can open WallPilates , put in my age and weight and my water intake but the screen where the workouts are is blank. They r still refusing to refund my money they say because I accessed WallPilates that I’m not qualified to get a return! As I said I CAN access WallPilates I just CANNOT access the workouts. So I would NOT recommend this wall Pilates app because the company does not stand by their product! Keep scrolling and find a different wall Pilates app, I’m sure they are all better than this one

They charged me for the Ab program even though I did not purchase it. They would not reply back when I contacted the company.
They will not help you and you will not get your money back. Waste of time and I will never buy anything from this company again.

I cancelled my subscription the same day I got it because I could never get it to work.

If i could put zero stars i would! I did the quiz, purchased subscription then once it says your plan is ready for you & to meter your email WallPilates stops working!! Scammmmm!!

WallPilates already charged my card but it freezes whenever I try and open it. I haven’t been able to do one session and it won’t register my email, I think it’s a scam app

If I could give WallPilates zero stars or a negative rating, I would do so. It really is that awful. I hope to spare others the money and frustration I experienced. The routines are not bad but you can find free wall pilates routines on YouTube that are more challenging. WallPilates does not always work on the iphone and is incredibly basic compared to other robust exercise apps
that allow you to track routines and progress. Also, watch out for unexpected charges!!! WallPilates does not tell you the 30-day challenges are extra. There is no "purchase option" or other notification if you try a challenge, so there is no way to know you are paying extra until you check you bank account and see unexpected charges. Customer service replies quickly but does nothing to explain these extra charges or to stand behind the product; there are no refunds. This is a very basic product that is not worth the investment.

If I could rate this a zero, I would. The exercises themselves are well done, nice voice, good explanations. That said, also very basic. I am most upset with the billing and POOR customer service. I was going to sign up for the 4-month program, but was offered “$9.99/month for a year”. I decided to do that. But they didn't bill $9.99 for the first month, they billed $119.98! So yeah, essentially $9.99 a month, but all up front. That was not disclosed. Then, they trick you in to unexpected charges!! It asked if I wanted to add 30-day challenges, with no cost disclosed. It truly looked like they were optional free add-ons. When my bill arrived, I had been charged 14.99 for each of them!! During the purchase process, there was no final summary of charges. When I contacted customer service, the first person sent me a screenshot of what I supposedly agreed to “Save 50% with a 1-time payment of €14.99” … first, that never displayed, and second, their screenshot doesn’t show the US dollar sign, but instead shows the euro currency sign (€). When I replied with these comments, they have stopped correspondence. I will work tirelessly to get WallPilates reported and removed!!!

Hello I paid for my subscription and didn't go through

They fool you into signing up for add ons without informing you there's an extra charge. Support is no help. They say you accessed WallPilates so no refund for you. Skip it and save your money.

I purchased a four month subscription that expired after 45 days.

I clicked on a free addition and was charged $89, have yet to receive a refund.

WallPilates is nice, the accounting is a mess.

Good app. Nice variety of workouts, different levels, good explorations.

The workouts are quick enough that I can fit it into my schedule, but the user interface is awful. When clicking on an exercise, there is little to no setup time to know if your next exercise is laying on the floor or standing. It goes right into the exercise. Then, there’s a delay in acknowledging I’ve completed a day so I’m locked out of the next day’s session. To follow the sessions, I would plan on pausing the exercises once the video begins. I’m disappointed that we’re in 2024, and there are still user experience/interface issues.

Also, I tried to log into WallPilates using my iPad, but I wasn’t able to find the login button to use my existing account. WallPilates wanted me to create a new account and pay more $. 😡
