This is exactly what I was looking for. Quick & effective. I was surprised to feel muscle soreness after just one plan workout. The price was surprisingly low which I was super happy about. I’m exited to see what results I can achieve.

No cheesy music but has relaxing music in the back when warming up and the option to mute. Exercises show demonstrations and seen pretty easy to follow. Has a schedule of what stretches and exercise to do each day with scheduled rest days. Can’t wait to start using!

I love how WallPilates directs you to focus on your breathing right before you start your workout and ends with stretching. It is slowly alleviating some of my lower back tension.

The workout plans are fantastic but the fact it is supposed to be free app and only allows you to do one of the workouts on the plan is horrible.
Right now, I am not thrilled…. I want something like WallPilates to keep variables but if I have to pay to continue when you said FREE, well it will be a big goodbye from me.

I’m getting older and needed something that starts out really basic that builds with me. After several injuries, this program is a good start for me. I’m moving more and look forward to the next workout. It also fits in my busy schedule. I greatly appreciate I was able to tailor a program for me.

Fun workout but not practical

I like WallPilates. I like the workouts. I like the pace. What I do not like is that there is no voice over counting reps down. I’m constantly having to move my phone so I can see what pace I’m supposed to be at. I’d pay more for that function. Looking at my phone messes up my form so I’m not getting the full benefit.

I never work out, and WallPilates has been perfect to get me to start. I’m actually excited every morning to do my Pilates. It is $30 for a year subscription, but yikes that’s a great deal. Especially against gyms that are typically $10+ a month

I do enjoy doing these workouts but wish there was a little more variety. I’ve noticed some changes so I know it’s working so that’s a plus.
My biggest negative is that since downloading this I have been getting an extreme amount of spam emails. Not enjoying that part.

I saw this program on a facebook ad, and decided to try it with the 7-day free trial. I started with 'Lose extra weight' because I am very out of shape, and I LOVE WallPilates and that the video do not include fitness models. It makes you feel good to know that everybody has to start somewhere!! HIGHLY recommend to any senior person, or out of shape person that is looking for a way to just START more movement in their lives through a very uplifting and fun way!!! My 12 yo daughter and myself enjoy coming home from school and doing a few minutes of exercising!

I like that you can customize among body areas and select various workouts. Also I like every exercise has instructions - its very helpful! I'm definitely a bit short of breath by the end of 10 minutes, and that's good. I recommend this program.

I just started the program, tried many apps before but dropped the trainings always.
Today is the second day, and I feel my muscles after the training but in good way. Easy and light training like I wanted not HIIT.

Am I missing something?

I tried the free trial and after filling out my profile, did my first workout today. The workout was like 5 minutes long max. I’m not in amazing shape, but I could have easily done 5 more days of these exercises in one sitting. Unfortunately, you don’t have that option.

There doesn’t seem to be anywhere where I can request more difficult or longer workouts. I love the idea of a program slowly ramping up, but this is something my 82 year old dad could probably do in his sleep. lol.

I love WallPilates! It’s fits into my nursing schedule beautifully!!! However, I got a new phone and my info from prev phone will not transfer & I messed with enough that somehow it says I’ve lost 2 days of work out???!!! Like it but…

I like WallPilates so far, been doing workouts in my plan for the last week. And while I like them, I just wish there was voice step by step instructions. Like I have to keep looking at my phone to see when the avatar moves or goes on the next rep. It’s hard to follow when you don’t know fully what your doing. I just need some voice instructions like FitOn has. That I think would easily give WallPilates a 5/5. Also, you do one workout and then it’s “subscribe to do more.” Like why? I can’t even do one stupid challenge. Not pleased.

Having kids back to back left me feeling anxious about working out and embarrassed of my body.
