You can’t save favorites anymore there are still ads and close captions

Hello I used Flixtools for about 6 months paid for the “premium” subscription for a year it was supposed to includ a bunch of upgraded features non of which ever worked but whatever it made the movies add free, then out of nowhere I was prompted to down load the new Flixtools tools app because the old one wouldn’t be working any more I downloaded FlixtoolsMovieBoxTVShow and the remaining six months of my premium has vanished and there’s so many pop ups and adds it’s not worth messing with you might as well use dopebox

I love FlixtoolsMovieBoxTVShow but I saw how it was changing to a different one. I bought the year plan on the old one and was wondering if I could transfer from the old app.

It’s okay because every movie you can think of is on here. Including brand new movies that came out yesterday, but the ads are insane. There’s an ad every 5 seconds it’s annoying. You get an ad when you tap on the search bar, when you search a movie, when you click on a movie, when you play the movie, when you exit the movie, when you go back to the home page, every. single. movement. there’s. an. ad. If you don’t mind, go for it.

I go to use the so called old Flixtools and come here to only pay again?! Accounts should transfer over… I shouldn’t have to pay again

I try watching a movie and it says I have to retry and retry over and over and over again

Not worth it to me my shows spend more time buffering than playing and told me I would get a three day free trial but still pulled the $20 from my account so I’m canceling today and today is only the second day. I hope this works out more for other people than my experience.

When I downloaded FlixtoolsMovieBoxTVShow it says I have to pay 25 for the year but I already paid $20 for the year for the other one before this update came how does that work if I already paid for the old one and they’re charging me for the new one do I only pay five dollars more or how does this work can someone please help me

I loved FlixtoolsMovieBoxTVShow but once the new one was created it won’t let me watch any series and to watch a movie theirs a billion adds.

I tried to contact through TikTok but won’t let me. I had to download the new version for some reason and when I hit restore purchase it’s saying process error even tho I purchased it on FlixtoolsMovieBoxTVShow previously.

I just got it and I can’t watch a video without it buffering every 30 seconds. Needs to be faster and better.

I bought a year long subscription on the last app is there a way to transfer it to this new one?

Every time I try to watch a movie in the middle of the movie kb pops up

The restore purchase, is not working.

Like others the restore purchase is not working. Everytime Apple gets you and you make a new app. Will our purchases transfer over or not.

It’s good bc it has like all the movies ever and barely any ads when your watching it but it can be rlly buggy and glitchy and way too many ads when your trying to find a good movie

It’s an amazing app and everything but when I’m trying to watch movies it doesn’t even have the right captions and I can’t find a way to turn them off or anything

Well every movie is great to watch but I’m having issues with the black demon it keeps buffering and trying find the kb s and I don’t like have other words or messages while I’m watching movies you need to get rid of those if it’s not related to the movie

are you going to be adding more shows from the old app? because shameless isn’t on here

Sometimes the captions can be wonky when watching a movie or show, please fix this if you can!
