This is the first year I’ve ever used NAMMShow every day. I was able to schedule my events ahead of time, and I also liked being able to delete them as I went along. Searching for exhibitors was easy. Overall, it’s very user-friendly. I really came to depend on it.

NAMMShow was so helpful from the beginning getting our pass to finding everything we need. Great job

NAMMShow stopped working on the first day of NAMM. I lost access to the calendar I made and all the features I was counting on to browse the event. They were also asking for a phone update on the day of. Who’s gonna update their phone when they’re already there? Do they know it takes hours? And lots of battery? Totally useless.

NAMM is such a great place where you can experience every aspect of the music industry!

I couldn’t log into NAMMShow , much less use it so I could rate it. It kept saying I was already registered.. then it would send confirmation numbers to my email which never worked. Now it says “we couldn’t log you in, please make sure you’re registered for the event.”

Everything was working great til I updated NAMMShow on 6/2 - the day before the show. App no longer functions on iPhone. Won’t open and keeps crashing. Deleting and re-downloading doesn’t work either. Very frustrating.

Might want to make map more interactive or and better connection, faster

Unfortunately my app has my time zone somehow set to gmt but I’m in California… so all the times for the events I scheduled are all off and I missed most of them… I drove 6 hours sigh… please fix this

Wary of outside undisclosed apps. Not going to proceed. Good idea to fully disclose or allow the ability to opt out.

I’d like a setting to enable or disable content. NAMMShow is hardly useful when cell service is overwhelmed and NAMMShow is trying to get every piece of information shoved to my phone

UI / UX on point must have app for navigating and planning your schedule at NAMM

Was wondering great till I updated it to the newest version. Now it open and closes right away….doesn’t work at all!

Updated to the new version, now it immediately crashes every time I try to open it.

Very bad experience. Changed my company profile, staffs not showing, crashed after update.

NAMMShow doesn’t recognize my NAMM sign in. Even after multiple attempts at changing the password.

You can make a basic profile and do basic things … but without contacting customer service you can’t make any meaningful updates to your exhibitor profile, your event profile.

Too complicated, I waste time on this. I vastly prefer the old pre covid system. It’s much harder to assemble a list of companies this was. Not impresdrdu

Everything music under many roofs. It has been. Fun education event. Many of the exhibitions have been informative as well as I took a few classes. This was my 1st NAMM show and I would like to come back each year. Overall music vibe from working musicians and also the NAMM visitors/guests

I’ve simply given up on it. I don’t have anymore time that I’m willing to waste trying to setup my account so I can use its basic planning features. The map feature is not helpful in that it doesn’t resolve enough booth titles unless you blow it up to a small segment of the convention floor.

Was working great until the most recent update and now it won’t open at on my iPhone so I’m unable to use it.

Not full screen, so don’t bother downloading on your iPad because it displays just like it would on your iPhone.

I wasn’t able to attend in person but I purchased the online ticket. NAMMShow is priceless. It was easy to use and fill with so much valuable information. Thank you.
