Can’t Log In

Why is it that TRLGo doesn’t let me log in, yet I can log in easily on the website? Just a suggestion to whomever created this, please don’t roll out an app to the masses if it’s not ready yet.
I also never received any information from TRL that there was a new app. I therefore kept using the old app that simply wouldn’t allow me to search or do anything. This transition could have been handled so much better.
