App not loading any data (timeout errors). Gallery emptY. No response from support.

Open app, it showing any of my arts, every screen is blank, none of my points are showing,

To resolve Neko AI network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Neko AI App
1. On android, goto Settings » Neko AI » click [Force Stop]

Clear Neko AI App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Neko AI » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Neko AI.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Neko AI » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Neko AI » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Neko AI
