I just recently downloaded ChatPDF and unfortunately it’s all blank. I realized that I needed to update it before trying to use it for the first time, which I did, but it still remains blank. All I see is just the chat gts logo in the middle of a white screen. I’ve waitied minutes to see if anything pops up and unfortunately nothing. It’s all blank.

App is Garbage! Struggles reading PDFs and there is no support. A one man team ALSO SUBSCRIPTION IS A TRAP! Impossible for a REFUND if it auto subscribes you. Your trial will end earlier than you think, and they’ll charge for a year non refundable. Worse part ChatPDF is TRASH. Like who would just pay for Chtgpt?

When I load a PDF and try to start typing a query prompt, it jumps back to the pdf selection page. When I give up and just select a default prompt like "summarize", it just loads perpetually and doesn't work. So for now I think it's simply non-functional and needs more work.

The AI frequently goes out of context, there are errors in read in d contents of the PDF, and the answers are in accurate. There's no memory so you can't continue to chat.

Downloaded app. Tried to open app immediately closed. Deleted twice with same results.

It doesn’t work as it says.deleted it.

After downloading ChatPDF, I selected a PDF. Started asking questions but after the second question I reached limit of free questions.

ChatPDF may be interesting, but I couldn’t check it and decide if i’m ready to buy premium. So far, deleting it since not sure if i can make any use of 2 questions per pdf.

I installed the application on macos Ventura 13.6.8 but the application only displays a black window and nothing else, I can't interact on macos. But on the phone it works very well. It's just that I'm using the Vietnamese language, so the font display is not friendly, but it's still readable.

I’ve been using ChatPDF for a few weeks now, fairly impressed with the limited features it currently has and excited to see how things develop. Use is pretty easy and straight forward.

When I first saw ChatPDF, I started thinking of all the possibilities and couldn’t wait to try it! I put in websites and I can ask it anything; it responds with a fantastic analysis; it even summarizes beautifully! However, I really wanted to tests the limits to see what ChatPDF could really do.

I uploaded a 31-page PDF that I’ve already read and asked some questions. I was very impressed when it started regurgitating information from the PDF. However, it wasn’t able to answer some of the questions I asked, even though I knew the answers were in there; I even found the answers in the document first and then asked questions in the simplest terms using the language in the document, but to no avail. Even when I got a mostly-correct answer, it started to use the wrong acronyms, which I thought was a little strange. It used an acronym in the document correctly in the first answer, but every answer after that was missing a letter in the acronym.

Overall, the concept is amazing and I think ChatPDF is indeed revolutionary! That said, it does have its limits right now. Of course, with having information manually fed into it, and having to convert PDF to text, I figured it was bound to have issues. However, if it continuously improves, ChatPDF will become an essential. I’d love to come back and give it a 5-star rating someday. Please keep up the amazing work!

my iPhone is XR, in this new version, I even couldn’t open and enter in ChatPDF, so upset!!!

Just got for free today and tried the summarize website (mine) feature. It did an excellent job summarizing it--I'm impressed! 5 stars already. No doubt I will find more to love as I continue to use ChatPDF .

Uploaded a 11mb PDF that's 500 pages long and it's able to answer questions without any issues‌‌

Please add these functions, such as summarize the content of a paragraph in the PDF ；translating the content of a page in the PDF; summarizing the content of a chapter in the PDF, etc.
