Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Rulet TV app issues:

Force Stop the Rulet TV App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Rulet TV app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Rulet TV to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Rulet TV App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Rulet TV app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Rulet TV.

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Rulet TV » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Rulet TV » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
