I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to share my recent experience with your app, this app, which has left me quite disappointed.
A few days ago, I subscribed to the one-week unlimited plan for $6.99, expecting to have full access to the features advertised. However, when I tried to move on to the next step, I was surprised to see that I needed to purchase an additional subscription. This felt very misleading and, frankly, quite frustrating.
As a customer, I believe in fair and transparent business practices. The experience I had with this app’s subscription model does not align with these principles. It felt like a deliberate attempt to extract more money, which is both unfair and damaging to your app’s reputation.
I am kindly requesting a refund of the subscription fee. If this issue isn’t resolved soon, I will have to escalate it by filing a complaint with the Apple App Store and possibly taking further legal action.
I trust that you understand my concerns and will address this matter promptly. I would appreciate your confirmation of receipt of this letter and the processing of my refund at your earliest convenience. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
