Like the Columbus 311 app, the City of Columbus is selling its citizens’ info out to the highest bidder.
Avoid this and just use the City’s web page, or call 311 on the phone.
The only reasonable use would be if PICKUPCBUS icon had red badges on it for notifications.
Instead, that feature is selectively disabled, so that only banners are possible to be notified of tomorrow’s pickup. Useless. How do I remember to bring the bin to the street once the banner is gone??
Stick with email, at least they stay unread with red badge.
However the problem is the today, it notified me of garbage pickup at 12pm the day of pickup & they were in my neighborhood very early so the notification should have been the day before.
Easy to use and answers what is needed to get our cans available and in place on the right day. Thanks
I still get missed once in a while, but I understand holidays, and inclement weather can disrupt the order.
Mostly, I am happy to have PICKUPCBUS , along with reminders. I printed the calendar and have that on my fridge so I don’t miss any scheduled pickups.

Let me say, I would give this 6.5 out of 5 stars if I could! The woman made it my responsibility to make sure the trash is taken out and to be honest I would frequently forget. PICKUPCBUS helps ensure the garbage finds it way to the dump!
