In addition to using a slur for the City of Columbus in the name, this application is a privacy nightmare promising to harvest and sell your personal information.
Like the Columbus 311 app, the City of Columbus is selling its citizens’ info out to the highest bidder.
Avoid this and just use the City’s web page, or call 311 on the phone.
Still useless without badges

The only reasonable use would be if the app icon had red badges on it for notifications.
Instead, that feature is selectively disabled, so that only banners are possible to be notified of tomorrow’s pickup. Useless. How do I remember to bring the bin to the street once the banner is gone??
Stick with email, at least they stay unread with red badge.

However the problem is the today, it notified me of garbage pickup at 12pm the day of pickup & they were in my neighborhood very early so the notification should have been the day before.
