there’s 2 main issues.
1:
this companies / VC seems to be taking advantage of their community.
they go promising airdrops to early adopters so they get Free-Testers and Free-Advertising and at the end they rug/scam the users/early adopters/community..
everyone should start Paying attention to this Toxic VC (Venture Capitalists)
2:
i’m been using this app for a while and while all this time after I had 772 tokens (“supposedly reward tokens”) now I updated the app and shows 200 Tokens 😂 I guess they thought we wouldn’t notice it.
the scam is strong with this one.
I would give it few days to have my (“supposed reward tokens”) back and see what’s going with the airdrop for early supporters…
if nothing gets fixed, well not much either way. just delete the account and the app.
FYI. web3 mail apps will come and go, is way to early and all this are projects focused on adding 0 Value and only Extracting from the community.
DON NOT respond to this message.
the tokens being taken from my account are most likely also affecting every other user, so FIX IT for everyone.
and if you have an OZ of decency release the airdrop you promised to early adopters.

first:
admittedly, the first error was my own, when I connected it to Apple and not to my main Waller. But, then I deleted the Apple-linked account and properly tried linking it to my wallet… and still, approx 6 weeks later, it still says I have to wait a month for the old account to be unlinked, even after I tried deleting the app and re-downloading it to delete its data
Second: the webpage.
To test it, I tried sending a few e-mails to it… a few e-mails showed up immediately, while others took half a day, or didn’t show up at all. There goes the idea of using it as a major / often-used e-mail even via the webpage.
Third:
I, too, have tried the “read an ad to get EMTs”, and not recieved the EMTs, nor have I gotten any of the real tokens.
Fourth:
Tried e-mailing to the actual customer service / help center… never gotten any answers.

I compartmentalize my emails to identify spammy apps. The email I associated with this app has gotten 4 fake emails from “ledger”, which I’ve never made an account with or even own, telling me to enter my seed phrase. But this is the only app tied to that email, meaning this app is a front for phishing. Notifying Apple, highly recommended to STAY AWAY. Also, NEVER share your wallet seed phrase with anyone, especially from an email.
