When they switched over to this app, it knocked me off of my auto pay and I wasn’t notified. I noticed from my bank statement and went in to pay, but the app wasn’t working and wouldn’t let me update my payment info. I attempted to call to find out what was going on but could not reach anyone once I FINALLY found a number. By the end of the month, the app finally let me update my bank info and I went in and found that I was charged a late fee. I did not want the fee to start accruing interest, so I was going to pay int an have it removed once I got ahold of someone. Though there was a box for me to check to pay it, I couldn’t check the box to pay it! I also pay more on my mortgage than the set amount and I could not change the amount. I could pay double if I wanted, but I don’t pay that much more. This app is trash and needs revamping. Just like the website, it is not user friendly.

We received a notice that Weststar had an app but I didn’t think much about it because I had an account set up on the website and for the last three years and six months all of
my mortgage payments had been made through the e-express automatic online bill paying service. Weststar did not use this service for our October payment nor was I notified that it would not be used. We received a letter saying our October payment had not been received and as I was looking into this and signing into my online account, I got a message that said I no longer had an account. I am very upset because the poor communication on the part of Weststar caused my payment to be late. We have had NO late payments on our credit history for well over 6-8 years or even longer. Bad, bad business.

Last month I paid the payment on this new website, the payment was made and then after the due date it was declined. I am now being charged a late payment because of this. I am not sure why it was declined because the money was in the account! I called and left a voicemail and I haven’t received a response. I always make my payments on time.
