When I try to view available tickets it takes me back to an old id.me email
I have attempted to update my phone number and each time I do it says my number is already in use.
I cannot login to 1st tix to add the photo the old way ….it takes me to vet tix and when I try to sign in it tells me to sign in at 1st tix and I try to sign in and it loops again. I CANNOT sign in !! Last night at venue I couldn’t get in to add photo..it’s very frustrating. Please contact me
after verifying my law Enforcment status and completing my identity verification through id me, I am now experiencing issues with my account. I can no longer place an event order on my account in 1st tix. This problem only began after I attempted to log forcedly thought I'd me, and it had never occurred before. could you please assist me in resolving this issue so I can regain full access to my 1st tix account.

Constant pop ups and spam

Awesome application to the team tickets to a grade service but the app itself needs to be fixed constantly there’s pop-ups and spam. It seems like they’re just going super low budget.
Still does not function.

You can get an alert on your phone that an event opened up but cannot log in. You still have to go to the website. Uninstalled this!

Login never works and only authentication errors. All it has when I try to login in is error codes with ID me. It works perfectly on my VA app but not at all on 1st tix.
