Trading Game Stock Market Sim Reviews

I came to complain about the lack of a tutorial, but I decided to look at the reviews and it seems a LOT of other people have my same issue. I also noticed that you guys didn’t respond to any of them??? If i’m ignorant of an already existing tutorial, my bad, could you at least point me to it? Why are you responding to people complaining about balancing but not even acknowledging the unplayability of your game for people who aren’t already into stocks? I downloaded this to try and learn a bit about stocks, guess that was a mistake.

but it has too many flaws to enjoy it. There are very little tutorials on how things work. The monetary dark pattern makes the early game a pay-to-win system since energy is scarce and the energy costs are so high for the higher level analysis tools like RSI. The random situations are almost always hurtful, like super expensive "annual" checkups almost every week that seem to always lower your energy or early game pitch decks where 1% of stake is 10x the amount you have in the bank which basically wastes energy.

Since the game doesn't inform you on how it works, you basically have to waste a bunch of energy (in real life and in game) testing every option thrown at you just to see what it does. I should've known this was an issue when people on forums talked about having to start a new game after they figured out how many of the pieces worked.

I really want to like this game but after hours of playing it, it seems like it has to be rigged, at least 80% of the time when I buy a stock the price immediately plummets. I’ve tried buying in all types of scenarios, when the price is low or high, when the vitality is low or high, when the relative strength is low or high, I’ve even just tried to buy them randomly, it doesn’t matter, no matter what I do, the stock price seems like it’s just rigged to drop right after I buy it. Even when I get the option to listen to market chatter and buy stocks that are Bullish, the price still drops at least half the time.

Insider training has worked the couple of times that I tried it but most of the time it’s inaccessible because the cost of it is more than you could possibly make back.

Additionally, there isn’t any tutorial on how to play the game. I had to restart the game like 3 times because I didn’t know how to play it.

Obviously stocks are risky and you’re going to have some losses, but with how much the prices have immediately plummeted right after I buy them, it doesn’t seem possible that it could be just from chance and the normal risk rate.

I feel as if I am very dissatisfied with the idea that new games are being put out before the old ones are even finished… Don’t get me wrong Music Wars was basically done but the Movie star game was literally just released and now we have a new game. Movie star was FAR from being finished & I had high hopes for the game until I realized you guys moved onto a new project. I don’t know if anybody else feels like this but it high disappoints me & ruins my overall time playing your games knowing that in the end y’all are not even going to finish it & just move onto a new project.

I really like the game but it’s so obvious that the only way to actually do good in the game is to pay. I know you’re making the game to make money, but why not consider other options like ads or whatnot. Maybe even make plays pay, but the way it’s done right now it seems like the one way to actually be able to play the game is to pay for energy. I really like the game but I won’t pay money. I could earn you money by watching your ads. But now I will stop playing the game so you won’t get my money and you won’t even get money from ads. Please reconsider these points. Thank you!

I am a fan of the developers apps. This one would of been my favorite had it not been for it being more rigged then their other games. It’s extremely obviously as time goes on that the market becomes more volatile and unpredictable. One time, I was in a bear market for 5 years straight hahahaha! Because I didn’t pay to play, my score didn’t reach 90 to be able to short sell or I would of been fine. I get they are here to make money but players like me will never pay to play. At the end of the day a game without apps (which I prefer) is bound to be rigged to get the weak to spend a few bucks. In the world being surrounded by idiots…they may be on to something here. It adds up! 🤔🤣😂🤣

Edited my review since I finally figured it out. This is actually a really awesome game however like a few others said here, energy is a bit of a joke. I also would like to add when you “Throw a party” it doesn’t seem to add any sort of relationship boost. Hopefully you can fix that as well with energy as it doesn’t seem to be enough. Cant wait to see what else is added next!

The game is pretty good.

If you make permanent in app purchases, however, they do not transfer from one device to another. And they also don’t stay if you delete TradingGameStockMarketSim and redownload it.

The game itself is fun and well built, but this is the case with all of their games, and I’ve spent more money than of care to admit on them, only to be set back if I try to use my perks on another device or if something happens to my phone where I have to redownload TradingGameStockMarketSim .

I’ve really enjoyed playing this game the past few months, but the one thing that annoys me is that after a while of playing it’s clear that the percentages for doing thing like hiring new clients and success rates for business decisions as a CEO, are all very skewed. If something is 50% likelihood there’s actually about a 0% chance of it actually being successful. It turns out that it’s closer to around the 70% mark that it’s actually a 50/50 chance. This is frustrating when trying to make business decisions as a CEO, because any of the higher risk business decisions almost never are successful, even when fully boosted with energy. Overall this is a great game and I would highly recommend it, but there are a few bug fixes like that. It would also be awesome to see more expansion to the CEO and business owning side of the game. I enjoy the concept of the game but it is somewhat hard to get profits when the insider tips aren’t working. The first run I did, the insider tips worked and some of the market chatters helped. Now, after another two runs, neither of these seem to be helping at all. I dont want to delete the game and redownload since my perm upgrade won’t transfer so any recommendations?

Can you add an option to sell/disband a fund? Especially since you can get rich with investing in companies now. So now I have -30 energy and lose 900 dollars every week from my portfolio. So can you please add a way to get rid of a fund you already started? Thanks

I’ve been playing this game for the past month I am currently on my 3 play through and it’s been quite difficult to get followers in order to sway the market. I think that we should be able to gain more followers the farther we are in the game

Hey, really like your game formats and I think you should update your old games first, but I think you should make a game where you can be a music label manager and sign in people and see how good they do. You can listen to this idea or not, but have a good day.

I have read some of the previous comments and I see nothing has changed yet. The game is unbalanced energy consumption is too high. Insider tips cost surge the more you play it but making money it the game is difficult in the beginning. Especially if you don’t pay to play which I won’t takes the fun out of it. Trading is unbalanced and challenging to predict and the indicators are a bonus. That you need to use energy to unlock which takes time. But at a certain point it gets hard to unlock the rsi unless you pay for energy. There’s nothing explaining how to get started. So you basically have to play and restart until you find a method that works. Or just give up on the game

Properties are nice, but there should be cheaper options and we should be able to rent them out for additional income. The jobs are OK, but there is no progression and they top out at like $14 an hour. Lastly, dividends should be added to some stocks so we can help find out lifestyle and other things with them!!

Love this game, only very few complaints but there’s one I want to go over. It’s the jobs that you’re able to get. It seems like the highest paying job is around $15 an hour which is pretty terrible. Please consider adding higher paying jobs upwards of at least $40 an hour, thanks.

It’s Honestly one of the best games I’ve downloaded in the longest time.. craziest part is no one is paying me for this, and I’m leaving a review… that’s how impressive this game is.. but again, just try this one, and this game company needs so much more recognition!!!! I hope y’all succeed in the best ways! Thank you for this game!

Im a big fan of the developer, and this most recent game is the first where I haven’t been completely addicted to it from the start and that’s because I found it to be way harder than the other games. I knew however that things would get tweaked and stuff and so I just waited. This most recent update seems to be the one I have been waiting for. These games are awesome, keep it up.

Y’all make my favorite games I just wish y’all would update the older ones a little more I’ve stopped playing them because it’s the same thing every time now and they’re too easy anyways to get on with my review this specific game is actually really amazing and I can’t put my phone down it’s challenging and I can’t get enough of that
EDIT/ADDON: I don’t understand how to raise the income on management fees it just stays at 962 no matter what I do

Hi developers! I’m really enjoying this game but I noticed a bug. Whenever I try to tweet with a #ticker, TradingGameStockMarketSim crashes. When this is fixed or if you tell me how to fix it I will definitely change it to 5 stars! Great game overall
