Can't log into Cara from the app. It works from the website, but every time I try to login in the app, it simply kicks me back to the log in screen. It logs into my account for half a second and then kicks me.

How to fix Cara app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Cara app on iPhone
Update Cara app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Cara iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Cara on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Cara network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Cara Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Cara not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Cara App
1. On android, goto Settings » Cara » click [Force Stop]

Update Cara to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Cara App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Cara » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Cara.

Fix Cara unable to contact server/ Cara internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Cara » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Cara » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Cara
