Lost my character data

So I had recently been playing the game and had gotten all the way to the nacent soul realm just to log in today and see that all my data had been reseated and I had to make another character! I am deeply unsatisfied with this game as this should not happen! Won’t be playing this game ever again just gonna stick to my manga because at least I won’t lose any data from reading! Lousy game, lousy service, would not recommend to those who love the martial world of murim.
Don’t play game & don’t pay money

Game went through an update or something today & my game was not only deleted but I lost all binded info as well to Apple & face book. Neither one will bring up my game but luckily I have the purchases receipts not only on Apple but I screen shot all my receipts yet no one seems to want to get back with me from game developer so now I’m looking at possible suit against them for fraud.
All I want is my acct back and now some compensation for all this crap.
Boring game, bad support

Update: the Dev responded to my review and offered 0 help once again with deactivation and/or deletion of my account. You’re better off playing Pokémon Go in traffic then playing this game or trying to get help from this customer service team
I downloaded the game - it was boring And I like to deactivate accounts before I delete the apps They even have a “deactivate / delete account” note on their support page When I go to the page, it tells you need to chat with support to request a deletion / deactivate So I did that - it took forever for CS to respond and they when they finally did , and after I asked to delete the account They said they don’t have that ability yet That’s absolutely crazy to me - and is a big bait and switch
