Every time I open app it says I have been attacked and then goes through who won and won’t do anything else and it’s some one different every time and now I have a lot of trophies and can’t play

To resolve Punch Machine network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix Punch Machine not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Punch Machine App
1. On android, goto Settings » Punch Machine » click [Force Stop]

Update Punch Machine to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Punch Machine App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Punch Machine » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Punch Machine.

Fix Punch Machine unable to contact server/ Punch Machine internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Punch Machine » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Punch Machine » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Punch Machine
