How to fix Todewy app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Todewy app on iPhone
Update Todewy app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Todewy iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Todewy on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Todewy network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Todewy Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Todewy not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Todewy App
1. On android, goto Settings » Todewy » click [Force Stop]

Update Todewy to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Todewy App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Todewy » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Todewy.

Fix Todewy unable to contact server/ Todewy internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Todewy » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Todewy » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
