Hi Prime Surveys Team, My surveys have completely stopped loading on Xperiencia: Play & Win. I’m in Australia, using a stable home connection with no VPN, proxy, or blockers. I’ve tried multiple browsers and devices, but nothing changes. My account email/Google ID is miganoll@redacted. Can you please check whether my account, IP, or device fingerprint has been flagged or restricted? This doesn’t look like normal survey shortage — surveys have disappeared entirely. Per the Prime Opinion site I requested and received a $5 Amazon gift card on 12/28/25. I did not receive it. I checked my inbox, junk folder, and trash. It is not there. I further checked my Amazon account, and it is not there. I tried emailing them via support on their website, and it just says error try again later and has for 48 hours. I not sure wha to do at this point.
Dear Sir/Madam For a few days now on logging in it takes me to a page with all other surveys to sign up to, it starts with the right page but when I click comes up with sign up you gov i surveys etc have tried and tried. It is Tuesday 12/9/2025 and I have been trying to load the website all day. The left side of the screen loads as well as my points, level, day and goal however no surveys are loading. I have cleared my history, cookies etc with no luck!!

I tried claiming reward of 500 points on my primeopinion account but it ended up in an error. The points were deducted but I did not receive any email with the reward attached to it. Now I can not claim any more rewards because I am always referred back to this unfinished claim. This app routinely will scam you out of money on a daily basis. The “customer support “ is literally just ai that doesn’t help. The one time I spoke to a real person, they admitted that they intentionally screen out users at the end of surveys. THIS IS A SCAM.

You’d be better off using any other survey app. This one has the most disqualifications of any survey app I’ve ever used. I’ve fully completed many surveys in here only to be told I was screened out and not paid. They aren’t high pay either, this has really low pay surveys. If you want a good survey app, don’t use this one. Qmee is the best.

I’ve only been able to complete one survey in two days. I’m unable to qualify to take any surveys.
Then I finally did qualify for one, spent twenty minutes doing it, then at the end it forced me to login to Prime again causing me to lose the payout for it.
I’m done with app. It’s not worth wasting your time on.
