No matter what I do, Matchington Mansion will not update. I’ve reopened the app, updated iOS, restarted my phone, and deleted and redownloaded the game, but it still doesn't work. It says updating… 0/186, 100% (previous to redownloading it said 0/3, 100%), but nothing happens after this. Any ideas? Thanks.

I will come back and play when you get the tasks back up instead of saying they will be back soon. Also I don't need thise birdie bonus points I want my stars when I win a game so I can do the tasks. Your advertising for your game on the app “Happy Color” is showing a sexually graphic picture of a man & woman purported to be a husband having an affair. I would be horrified if my young grandchildren were to see this. This needs to be removed.
I have enjoyed this game emensley. But, last night after each level i would have to log back in. Its stupid and a waste of time. Today, it shuts down before playing any levels. It was fine before your stupid halloween crap. I want to play, but it keeps turning off. Deal with this NOW.

This game has lost almost all enjoyment at this point. I’m on level 4617 and I don’t even want to open the app anymore. I’ve spent hours and hours playing, and the levels just keep getting more and more difficult in order to force you to pay for boosters, extra lives etc to get through. Many of the levels are rigged so you have to play ridiculous amounts of times before you are “allowed” to win. It messes with your head and frustrates the living h3ll out of you. Challenges are one thing, completely ridiculous is another. It’s at the point where now it takes 4 stars to do a single task PLUS 4 hours of “wait time” or you have to pay to “build now”. It’s gotten so slow because of this, it’s not enjoyable or even reasonable. So, fair warning, if you don’t want to invest tons of time in a game just so it eventually becomes a frustrating and annoying waste of time, then don’t bother. Read the reviews, look at the FB page, most people who say it’s “great” either pay their way through, or just started playing. It’s fun in the beginning, but then it slowly just turns into a scam. There is also something seriously wrong with how the ratings are set in the App Store, this game should have a 2 or 3 star review with the amount of poor reviews it consistently gets. Everyone says the same things, developers don’t listen to feedback at all, it’s apparent in the lack of improvement and gradual decline in interest players experience. Sad.

It sounded fun at first when I saw the improvements you can make to the house, but it started getting harder and harder and impossible to pass one level! And after you’ve passed it with too many attempts, you are forced to spend all your hard earned stars on trivial things like greeting people and teaching the pets tricks! If you wanna make the levels harder you should at least give the player a lot more stars as the difficulty of the level increases! This was not the game that was advertised! That was completey different and that’s why I installed it! The decorating is fun but it gets really long and tiring with all the trivial things you have to complete before you can actually start to decorate the rooms. I am thinking of uninstalling the game! It makes me so annoyed after I can’t win a hard level and I just leave and start playing a game that gives me pleasure and I actually have fun playing it. I think if you don’t fix the issues like having to spend too many stars on trivial things and if you don’t speed up the process so we don’t have to spend so much time on little and unimportant things and if you don’t make levels actually passable then people will start to uninstall and install other fun games where you can actually enjoy playing! and this is not just me, I have read the other reviews and have seen that other players have similar issues! With no improvements to the game you will be losing customers pretty fast!

I really enjoyed playing the game at first. It was something I could do easily in my spare time and it was fun. But, I am to the point now that I am about done playing it altogether. I understand that the levels all can’t be super easy and I don’t expect it but when I am stuck on the same level for days at a time and I can’t figure out a way around it without spending real money on it, it makes me just want to uninstall it and be done with it. Maybe, in the future don’t go overboard trying to figure out how hard you can make these levels because you only reward people who play 1 star for each board completed whether they are a regular board, hard, or very hard. An when we have to buy stuff for the mansion, half the time you take 2 and 3 stars for some of the things which I don’t think is right. People spend a lot of time on some boards and then they finally get a star or two and they have to spend 2 stars on something dumb that we really don’t want to spend them on. I mean, if it were up to me, I would not be spending stars just to greet people, or to pick up fliers. We should be given a choice whether we want to greet people and waste our stars or keep our stars for more important things. An Why not reward people 1 star for a regular board, 2 stars for the hard rounds, and 3 for the very hard rounds?! That would definitely give me more incentive to play.
