App is very very glitchy, please fix!!

I have not been able to use the app for a week. I select “Fleccas Talks Bonus Land” and it just loads and loads forever. My app is updated, I’ve closed and reopened the app, turned off phone and restarted. It’s really bothering me today and I’m trying it all - and then, ironically, I just got notified that my monthly payment just came out of my account. I don’t want to pay for an app that doesn’t work. Please fix.

Can’t access; I paid but website remains inaccessible

I wish for websites that are EASY, user friendly. I use Real America Voice Daily. It’s easy; well worth money. I paid $100 here; $100 to Epoch; $100 to GTTR but can’t access content at any of these 3 sites. Impossible. Frustrating. As an elder on $1018/mo SS, $100 is a lot of money that I sent to 3 different websites. I’ll not renew or recommend. I’ll hear whatever is covered on Bannon or another Real America Voice Show, a 5-star ESSY website.
