I downloaded this app because my mom bought a hajj package and we have yet to receive any word or notice about her flight. And itโs supposedly in 2 days. Iโm trying to log in and create a profile, but Iโm unable to? Thereโs no option to โsign-upโ only log-in. How am I suppose to know my โpasswordโ if I didnโt even sign up for one? Atrocious service and horrible communication.
