Wish they would’ve kept the old app
I’m not sure why you would present your customers with a new system that doesn’t have all of the features of the old system. I if you have a business and a personal account it used to be very easy to login and switch from one to another. When using the mobile app for my business and paying a vendor, I can’t put an invoice number or anything on the check as to what I am paying. If I want to do that, I am now forced to use the PC application. I use to be able to classify my checks, can’t do that anymore either. I’ll take the old system back in a heartbeat.

New App ...Why?
Who made the decision to buy this new app? It is terrible. As others have commented, it was not a very good choice. I have a mobile app at two other banks and I am considering transferring all my funds from Newtown Savings to these other two. They have apps that are easy to use, secure and accessible with iPhone, computer, and iPad. You must have someone on staff who can improve this mess before you loose clients.

Old system, I got to choose from which acct to which account I want to transfer to. The new system requires you to provide the acct number to and from to transfer …. What a pain in the $&@@!!!!!! Every time I have to provide the acct number vs simply choosing the accts from a drop Dow box. Horrible!!!!!!!!!! Can’t wait to leave this bank!!!!! Nice job President KEN Weinstein !!!!! Time to retire.
