It keeps asking me to change my password, which is torture while thumb typing, and when I finally get in, I can’t deposit a check because it says it can’t access my accounts. Worst, the old app let me switch between my personal and business accounts. This app only lets me access one or the other with Touch ID and completely forgets my other login every time I move from one to the other. This is an improvement??? Edit after another month of use: This app is impossible to use if you have both personal and business accounts with Newtown. I have mistakenly deposited checks into the wrong accounts because the app makes it look like I am logging into my business accounts, but then switches me to my personal accounts without notice. AWFUL downgrade from the old app!!!!
8/7 Update: new update, new issues. Did I mention that the app connecting to your phone camera when you want to deposit a check only works sometimes? I usually have had to back out and reconnect to the camera at least once per session. Added to that now are weird, esoteric error messages that float above your check images. Sometimes there seems to be a real error in the clarity of the image, sometimes not. Also had to enter my password AGAIN today

The worst app ever . Can never sign on keeps telling me to download the new app
Ever time I try to log in then it will tell me I’m locked out … this has been the worst

This new app is such a significant downgrade from the old app. I can’t even deposit checks without the app constantly logging me out right after taking the pictures of the check.
Can no longer turn on/off my debit card from the app.
The UI is horrible and the charges are displayed in a way that isn’t immediately clear where it’s coming from. A cluttered, dis functional and lack luster new app.
