The system worked better for DSPs before the last big interface change and this current update made nothing easier for us that I’ve found. Also, the link to send me here from their site was broken and I had to blind figure out which out of the 3 updates was meant for me 😤😓

Updates always occur during a session.
Always picks up the wrong location and remain stuck no matter how much you refresh the app and stand in front of the accurate location. System is always down.

Now I can’t even open the app since updating i generally have no issues…. But occasionally some pop up this by far being the worst I’m on shift and can’t open app to clock in or do my paperwork 😠😠😡😡😡
