MLBAllStarExperiencePass is like if you bought an airline ticket, then you're told at the gate that you need to download an extra app to even board the plane, and then you find out that you can only use the restroom if you book a reservation through MLBAllStarExperiencePass ... only to find out no reservations are available. It's a terrible user experience because it feels like we already sunk the money into the tickets, so what more could you possibly want from us? MLBAllStarExperiencePass creates more friction between the user and the experience. The events calendar is poorly organized, and the events are frequently inaccurate or simply don't exist once you're on site.
I understand that MLBAllStarExperiencePass includes a COVID-19 waiver and a photo/video release, but those could have been pop-up agreements upon buying the ticket. MLBAllStarExperiencePass is nonsense and, frankly, it disincentivized me from going.
