Had to wait over an hour for a call back to log into my account. Tried to log in with the proper info several times, ended up locking my account. Got my account unlocked, was told I would be able to log in no issues. Locked my account again. If you have student loans through nelnet, easiest way is to log in on a computer and pay that way. As of right now the apps a joke.

Told my loan transferred here, went and set up my account online and we I downloaded the app my login information wouldn’t work. Useless and doesn’t even work.
