The app seems clearly made to be so confusing that you have to give them money. They tout a “premium” version with access to all features, yet there is no clarity as to what features are available without this version. Every page of the app promos you to pay them money whenever you click on anything. I wish app developers had the goal of creating a good product, not something to take as much money from confused users. I just want to play music while the phone is connected to the car, I car nothing for the remote control aspects…

Ford is not aware of this app!! When I could not get into the app I messaged ford about my ford pass and asked what was going on. They are not aware of this app so don’t download or pay anything. Asked for a refund and got a email saying it’s something on the back in and they are working on it…lies. Send another email saying in just want a refund…no response. More bad reviews about not working so hopefully you read this review and other reviews unlike me and save your time and money.

I couldn’t confirm this worked with my vehicle before purchasing a subscription. Bad mistake. It doesn’t and now I’ve paid $39 for a useless (to me) app. There should be a trial period or way to setup app before committing to such a large annual subscription. I’ve emailed support and received no reply. I’m upset.
