I paid for my subscription less than 24 hours ago and TexttoVoiceAI stopped working for me. It won’t record. I’d like my money back, please.

I paid for one year subscription at the beginning. Few months later, TexttoVoiceAI updated automatically. Now it won’t work anymore unless I purchase the subscription again. I don’t know how to contact TexttoVoiceAI creator regarding this issue.

I am using this for a school project so I did not want a program I had to pay for since I am only using it once. At first, it seemed great— was working perfectly and easy to export. But then I realized you are only allowed 3 audio files for free. Even when deleting the files I previously saved, it still won’t let me save new files. Even though it’s the free plan, I don’t think a limit of 3 is reasonable. Because there are people like me using it once, buying more would not ideal

Yesterday I paid for the application for the monthly plan and it does not work, please fix the problem or return what was received.

I paid ad when I paste a text it stays stuck an 99% upload. I’ve deleted and tried several times- still doesn’t work. Apple does NOT refund your money.
I tried unsuccessfully. They are keeping my money for an App that did nothing

First time trying it, it didn’t know how to pronounce a couple of words, and then went wonky in the middle of the file, skipping whole sections. Then I couldn’t get it to interpret a shorter version of the same file even after I restarted my phone. I deleted and reloaded TexttoVoiceAI . It doesn’t work. It was promising but now it just won’t do anything.

It worked for about 10-15 minutes. I would like my money back. I paid up front for a year and didn’t get a lick of real work out of it.

I’m trying to make a video about something but when I type it only plays one audio I don’t know where or how to put the audio I want

App will crash over a certain amount of characters, it will not load and not save new files. Ok for small 2-3 paragraphs but anything over it won’t work. Also needs more options for speed and tone.

TexttoVoiceAI is going in the right direction but read the entire pdf documentation of multiple pages this way you don’t have to monitor and keep scrolling, you would think it function in this manner to read full pdfs and books while you work or walking without monitoring each page, Please update TexttoVoiceAI to do so. 3 stars till it’s updated

I wanted to give a higher rating but there are a couple options missing that make it less appealing to use.

Two edits I'd suggest:

1. An option to have it playing in the background whilst doing something else

2. Ability to read a page from a weblink

Otherwise, it is great!

Many users like me want to turn texts into Chinese. Please support Chinese. This will make TexttoVoiceAI even better and convenient for paid users.
