I paid the $5.99 for no ads but I’m constantly and when I won’t pay, it takes me back to the beginning, and I have to start all over again. Too confusing with no instructions

This game looked so fun to play, downloaded it not that long ago, but had to uninstall it.
I was pretty happy about not seeing video ads, but was unfortunately disappointed when it would randomly open my browser to a Norton website. Doing a little digging I found out that it’s not a very safe website. Cleared out my history to prevent anything harmful to my phone.
If you continue, please play with that in mind. I didn’t like it since it’ll take you to “scaning your device” websites.

I’ve had this game downloaded for sometime now and the dang thing doesn’t stop. I have not had this stupid game end or lose. It just keeps going and going and going. I’m at 357,489 and the stupid game does not end. Smh like I’m literally trying to lose and the game doesn’t stop. Is this how it’s suppose to be?

I have spent countless hours playing this game, unfortunately. It is highly addictive, and I was thrilled when I finally reached level "M". However, my excitement quickly turned to frustration when the game reset me back to the starting point. Despite swearing off the game, I ended up wasting more countless hours trying to reach the same level again, only to face the same disappointing outcome. My score of 211'00 remained unchanged, just like the first time. To make matters worse, when I reached out to Customer Service to express my extreme disappointment, I did not receive even a courtesy response. I can assure you that you will be disappointed if you invest your time in playing this game..

If you run out of moves you have to start over and sometimes it takes you days to get to your score again.

I love this game but it’s sketchy. I’ve reached a score of over 500,000 several times but all of a sudden it will start the game over at zero and shows my high score of only 77,000. Today it keep popping up a web page that was trying to do a virus check. At first I thought I had hit something but after about 4 times, I realized it wasn’t me….its the game. I deleted it immediately and hated to because it truly was my favorite game.

Solitaire Cash ads often play then when you tap to skip, they restart. The next tap to skip results in a black screen which hangs. Closing NumberMatch and restarting it results in loss of bonus.

I am not a paid employee so don’t ask me to submit a report or send an email. This is your notification that there is a serious problem. It breaks on my iPhone 14 Pro Max and nothing else breaks like this. I don’t play many games and unfortunately this sleazy ad is a frequent ad in this game.

I am probably going to delete NumberMatch next time it happens. I am fed up! It has happened probably 6 times today!

there is no reasoning as to why it shuts down and asks for more coins to continue when you still have matches that can be made. Has happened to me several times and it’s getting old… I feel like it must have a time limit to how long you can play without a break before it shuts down. Not gonna use this much longer if that’s not just a glitch. Need instructions if there are limits like that!

So the game is fun but when you lose, you have to go all the way back to the beginning, which is so boring to have to go through all the same stuff again. And the interruptions of constantly asking you if you want to watch a video to get double points or to tell you that they’re removing a number is very very frustrating. It happens after just a couple of moves continually. I’m looking for another numbers game that doesn’t have this limitation and I paid to remove ads, but still get common ads about watching a video to double points.

It could be so relaxing but there’s more advertising shown then the game it self, it’s says time for advertise break and it takes forever to get to play the game, then they ask you to give it a 5 star rating!!!
Your lucky I gave 2 star, because it’s too frustrating you keep it, it’s not even worth it as a free app because you’re stuck watching more advertisements then you get play

I had to uninstall NumberMatch not because the game was bad, but because some of the ads were auto clicking links to sites with malware and tracking software. I got multiple fake Norton website popups (that I had no control over receiving as they were NOT the banners at the bottom, but the ordinary full page ads you get after reaching certain benchmarks in the game.) and had to force close the tabs in Safari (read: NOT the game) in order to get rid of them. This happened about 3 times in the span of an hour. Again, these ads are taking you to a website, saying they’re from Norton, and presenting you with typical malware/adware scare tactics so you’ll click on a suspicious link or download their software.

I’m not entirely sure if my device is safe or not at the moment, and I’m going to start using adblock after this experience because it was scary how easy it was for the advertisement to do this. I have never downloaded an app from NumberMatch Store and felt THIS unsafe. It really freaked me out. I won’t be using NumberMatch, or changing my rating, until those ads are taken care of and removed from advertising on the application.

Other than that, great version of this game!

I opted to purchase add free play. I was charged but never received add free play. Tried to reach out several times to address the issue but no response. Disappointed that they care so little

If only they had the rules somewhere. My game was reset when I knew I had to make a swap. I purchased the coin bank to do that and the game reset from the start. There isn't any replay value for me with a game that has no support. None. 3 requests so far. No web info either. They seem to have focus on one game. Too bad. I love this style.

The other one I pkay is waiting for an update to add more blocks. We've ended bz and need ca and beyond!

There is no one to answer questions. And I'd like a refund...for the coin bank I now have no use for. Too bad. It started so well.

Too many ads. Not sure of the directions, how to earn points and when or why the game ends

The whole idea of this game is to see what level you can get to. I paid for this game but twice now it has started over. This is very frustrating and confusing. I thought the whole idea of purchasing the game was to be able to continue to play multiple levels. Am I wrong here?

The game gives you the same result for both 3x and 4x (and 5x and 6x and so on) combinations. For example, both three 2’s and four 2’s output an 8. Such a design kills the incentive easily.

Enjoy the game but there are WAY too many! The same pop ups over and over. I understand when ur new to the game having the pop ups. Remove them after 10 plays and any other pop ups at the end of the game!

I played for several days and got a very high score. I got notified how high my score was relative to other users which was neat. However, when I went back to the game it reset itself and my score was zero again! That was quite deflating and it makes me not want to play anymore. Why take away an accomplishment?

At the very onset of the game, one is given a few tools that will help him or her progress in the game. Once those tools are used, it doesn’t appear that you can ever earn anymore, regardless of how far you get in the game. I’m assuming one can purchase these tools, however, in the advancement of the game, one should be able to earn them. Although the game in itself tends to be a little entertaining, overall, it’s a little strange. Is there a top level?

I have went WAY past what it said I needed to unlock the calendar part but still can not access. I’m not understanding why it is not opening.. I’ve spent $ on it, I have surpassed what it said I needed. I love the game but it is very boring having to start over at very beginning when you do not ‘keep playing’. I decided to not keep playing so I could check to see if the calendar opened and now I have to start all over :/. I would probably spend even more time than I already do playing this if I could get daily challenges or what not to work toward something.

Repetitive ads way too frequently. Some of the ads freeze your game. The only solution is to close the game and re-open. There is a link to report issues on NumberMatch page which takes you to their marketing website. There is NOWHERE on the website to contact the company to alert them. Dumb guys, this causes people to leave you bad reviews to contact you.

Way to many very long adds, pushes on many purchases and keeps way many low numbers, making the game anointing, other than that it’s very entertaining, if it wasn’t that pushy, without pressure on my own I would prefer to pay for not having that many adds, but because I don’t like to be forced I will put up with add and won’t buy it

I just finished my first game and I got NumberMatch weeks ago. I have played almost every day (so let’s just say a lot of hours). My high score (and first score) was almost 200,000. I was finally trying different methods to see which one was worst. All that being said, though, I obviously enjoyed it to play so long… or maybe I couldn’t give up until I saw how long it would take before lost.

Whenever I get an ad for some solitaire game, it glitches and won’t let me continue, so then I have to close NumberMatch and go back in. I got to 500,000 then lost so I was trying to use my daily revive, but lost everything because of that stupid ad. I love the game but this is the second time I had to start over after getting to a really high score :(

So I have killed a lot of time playing this, it’s fun. However, there is an error that if you wouldn’t mind addressing, would make it better. So, everything here is supposed to be doubles, starting from 2, meaning there shouldn’t be any odd numbers. However, this goes from 8M to 17M, which just isn’t right mathematically, and has been peeving me to have to see. But. Still fun. Just incorrect. Thank you!!

I started playing it on my mom’s phone before I got my own and ever since I’ve been HOOKED! Definitely get this game if you need a game to play to pass time! One idea though, maybe you could raise scores or at least acknowledge getting a block with an amount you’ve never gotten? Thx! This game’s AWESOME!

I’ve been playing this fun little game for about 3 months and really enjoy it. It’s fairly simple to play and I’ve made it into the Vs. Sometimes I go a week without playing and sometimes I’ll play two or three times a day. It’s just a nice little distraction when things are stressful.
Yes there are ads and I haven’t experienced any malware or being directed to other sites. Some of the ads are playable which is always fun and if you don’t like them you can either pay the $5.99 to eliminate them or just put up with 20-30 second ads about 8 minutes or so. What I actually like about the ads is if they didn’t pop up I may end up playing for hours, so they’re a nice distraction from the distracting fun of NumberMatch.
I wonder how far up it goes?????????????

I agree with previous review Writer. The game is fun and addicting but ultimately you end up feeling like, what’s the goal here? And that’s frustrating. I tried to figure out if there was some thing I was missing by going online to see how the game was played and could not find a thing. It is a fun game, but does need work.

On level kt. What number would that be. On level ll now. What is that in numbers. Love the game. I’ve reached number 6 lv. Is that good. What’s highest score. Would like to know how I compared to other people it would make it a better game if they had a trophy system for your highest numbers what level would six LV be? I play several other games like Magic Sort (5stars), Drop Merge (4stars), Scrabble Go (5stars) and Word Puzzle (5stars). I have spent money on each game but nothing like this game. There are no life savers❤️♾️. You know the 5 lives before you lose everything. There is no way to earn coins aside from the bank that you have to pay for!! Some how I was able to get far (67B) only to lose it all because I wouldn’t keep buying coins to get tools 🔨/ ↩️ so I emailed support to see if they would offer something like that because otherwise it is so expensive and disappointing to end up starting over.
Just my opinion.
