Cannot get cleaner to work. Cannot charge the cleaner. Even pictures in the enclosed manual are not the same as the one in the box.

Cannot connect to roomba j7+. Robot is connected to same WiFi as phone. 404 error. I think it’s a scam. Sign up for subscription and then hope you forget to cancel.

RobotVacuumApp started with asking feedback even though I haven’t even used it. How can I give the feedback. Then while I skipped the feedback, RobotVacuumApp is frozen.

It doesn’t work like the first one we had.
It just goes randomly around. We are not happy with it at all.

I was trying to give 5 stars not 3. I have Eufy security and vacuum and absolutely love EUFY! Everything works super good!

This was a scam had to have every one of my cards canceled due to RobotVacuumApp the charges showed up as a escort service.. beware it’s a scam

This is our 2nd iRobot and I’m hooking it up now. We absolutely loved our first one!!! Lasted a long time.

Site tried to rip me off for $39.95, but my bank saw it as a scam !!!

No owners manual

Tried to get me to add a credit card and said $0 set up. Got a fraud alert from bank, it tried to charge 39.99 SCAM !!!!!! Had to cancel card and deal with all the bull that comes with auto pays linked to it. Stay away!

Does not work with Roborock brand even though it is the top search find.
I will block this charge.

Roomba i3 has worked fine. I don’t use it a lot. But expect it to work. I upgraded my phone and have spent hours trying to get RobotVacuumApp to work. Have been on with tech support and got an inexperienced person on the phone. I would not recommend this company

I just downloaded RobotVacuumApp . You want me to review it before I even open RobotVacuumApp . Doesn’t give me much confidence in RobotVacuumApp designer

Why I have to go through the advertisement every time I log on is ridiculous.

What is the problem? Loaded RobotVacuumApp . Run and a flashing screen says Update. Press continue and …. Kric kric. Nothing 😳

Like it a lot but I wish it did a better job with dog hair. It leaves clumps of hair scattered around my house so I have to run a vacuum after running this vacuum.

Vacuum stops often. Says bin is full and it's far from full. Washed bin and all surfaces where bin fits with damp cloth, vacuumed filter, bin and all surfaces. Other than this recent problem I like it very much.

Been trying for days to reconnnect iPhone to iRobot since internet change. Before that it was working perfectly

I’ve own several Robot Vacuum’s over the years, and this is far and away the best. What’s great is the new feature where it automatically delivers dirt in their special bin. This is done after each cleaning. Also it doesn’t accumulate hair that clearly gs up on a normal robot. I’m sold!

Awful just awful

I have 7 cats and a golden retriever so my day consist of vacuuming, sticky roller and vacuuming some more. Sue Ellen ( that’s what I named my robovac ) has been one of my best investments. I love Sue Ellen she freed up so much time in my life. I tell all my fiends about Sue Ellen. You won’t go wrong by getting your own Sue Ellen.

Battery dies way to quick and doesn’t operate the way it’s preceded.

I wish I had known that RobotVacuumApp only supports a couple robot vacuums and not multiple brand names that it advertised. Unfortunately RobotVacuumApp isn’t available for a refund. Unless you have a shark or iRobot brand do not buy. It will be a complete waste of your money.

RobotVacuumApp has not helped me at all. It won’t even connect to my vacuum. I’d like to cancel it but I can’t find it on my phone now to delete it. Please cancel my services.

How accomplish place information on my phone? I think my understanding of the direction needs more.

Can not get through a job without problems. Now it won’t start at all.

App connects to iRobot Roomba 692 then does nothing. No command options, no record options, it just connects. Any input immediately disconnects & you are back to where you started. Email to developers brings no response. Customer support also results in no response.

I paid for lifetime updates/use. How obtain refund.

Oh I love mine, super happy with it. I’ve a few area rugs but 95 percent luxury vinyl she handles it well. I’m happy with her 😃

Instructions on use are hard to find and confusing

I love this robo vac but I have not had any success in connecting to my smart phone and programming it.

So I just downloaded it because it had more features but I can’t get that far so if you can reply sometime that can help

Trying to learn RobotVacuumApp and how to operate it it cleaned a 10 x 10 space perfectly I’m excited to learn how to do this correctly.

I’ve only used it three times, but I’m amazed at this little critter that has a mind of its on. Trying to think of a name for it. My kids /grandkids went together and bought it for my 78th birthday!
So far it’s fascinating and doing a great job!
I plan to use it daily, because I have a cat.
So 5 stars for the Critter!

I bought this as a black Friday deal and it does not keep a c charge and when it does only runs for a half n hour for it needs to be charged again piece of junk!!!!!!!!

Installed on WiFi connected iPhone 14 Pro, app won’t only shows shark and iRobot as options, say lot connection, tells me my own email is wrong, and won’t find my robot. Total garbage app.
