Robot Vacuum App Reviews

I wish I had known that RobotVacuumApp only supports a couple robot vacuums and not multiple brand names that it advertised. Unfortunately RobotVacuumApp isn’t available for a refund. Unless you have a shark or iRobot brand do not buy. It will be a complete waste of your money.

App connects to iRobot Roomba 692 then does nothing. No command options, no record options, it just connects. Any input immediately disconnects & you are back to where you started. Email to developers brings no response. Customer support also results in no response.

I paid for lifetime updates/use. How obtain refund.

Not worth buying your vacuum if you have to pay weekly to use it if I wanted to pay for something each week, I would get a maid. It is crazy to be able to program your vacuum. You have to pay for a app to program it

Don’t enter your credit card. It is for extras
that you probably don’t need.

Installed on WiFi connected iPhone 14 Pro, app won’t only shows shark and iRobot as options, say lot connection, tells me my own email is wrong, and won’t find my robot. Total garbage app.

I bought this as a black Friday deal and it does not keep a c charge and when it does only runs for a half n hour for it needs to be charged again piece of junk!!!!!!!!

Why I have to go through the advertisement every time I log on is ridiculous.

What is the problem? Loaded RobotVacuumApp . Run and a flashing screen says Update. Press continue and …. Kric kric. Nothing 😳

Been trying for days to reconnnect iPhone to iRobot since internet change. Before that it was working perfectly

Cannot connect to roomba j7+. Robot is connected to same WiFi as phone. 404 error. I think it’s a scam. Sign up for subscription and then hope you forget to cancel.

How accomplish place information on my phone? I think my understanding of the direction needs more.

Awful just awful

RobotVacuumApp has not helped me at all. It won’t even connect to my vacuum. I’d like to cancel it but I can’t find it on my phone now to delete it. Please cancel my services.

Battery dies way to quick and doesn’t operate the way it’s preceded.

I just downloaded RobotVacuumApp . You want me to review it before I even open RobotVacuumApp . Doesn’t give me much confidence in RobotVacuumApp designer

Roomba i3 has worked fine. I don’t use it a lot. But expect it to work. I upgraded my phone and have spent hours trying to get RobotVacuumApp to work. Have been on with tech support and got an inexperienced person on the phone. I would not recommend this company

So bad

Tried to sync with RobotVacuumApp when I first got it several years ago. Impossible to do; quit using it. Try it again today to sync vacuum to its app. Still impossible. Keeps telling me I already have an account; changed everything, and still states I have an account. Will not let me do anything. ridiculous item.

RobotVacuumApp started with asking feedback even though I haven’t even used it. How can I give the feedback. Then while I skipped the feedback, RobotVacuumApp is frozen.

It doesn’t work like the first one we had.
It just goes randomly around. We are not happy with it at all.

Downloaded this to control my new Roborock because was at the top listed app when I searched Roborock. It tells you you need to subscribe to use all of the features at rates of $6 for a few weeks or $25 for lifetime subscription. Since I’d already spent >$800, I figured another $25 was reasonable so I paid up. There was no free trial period. Then when I got to the next step, pairing with your robot, it doesn’t even d de work with Roborock devices, only Shark or iRobot! No refund as others have noted. The correct app was called “Roborock” (duh…) and was simple to setup, as expected. Don’t fall for this scam.

This was a scam had to have every one of my cards canceled due to RobotVacuumApp the charges showed up as a escort service.. beware it’s a scam

Very hard to program or hook up to home wifi. Seems like this is a common problem. Would never buy it again

The vacuum rarely will work. Lately it doesn’t work at all

Cumbersome and not user friendly. Most annoying is the add that pops up and if I hit continue I sign up for a subscription…awful! I will never buy another product from you.

I don’t know how people are falling for RobotVacuumApp, let alone WHY it’s allowed to be a sponsored app. This think has ads, demands you allow ad tracking, wants you to pay a subscription, before you ever get to the setup. I am reporting RobotVacuumApp.

Site tried to rip me off for $39.95, but my bank saw it as a scam !!!

No owners manual

Tried to get me to add a credit card and said $0 set up. Got a fraud alert from bank, it tried to charge 39.99 SCAM !!!!!! Had to cancel card and deal with all the bull that comes with auto pays linked to it. Stay away!

Does not work with Roborock brand even though it is the top search find.
I will block this charge.

Purchased my third robot several months ago from Costco. It did not have the standard setup and linking software. I assumed it was operating ok. The battery has died twice before it returned to home base. Today it had a half full basket. I have never seen or heard it operate in nearly a year. Suggestions?

So I just downloaded it because it had more features but I can’t get that far so if you can reply sometime that can help

Cannot get cleaner to work. Cannot charge the cleaner. Even pictures in the enclosed manual are not the same as the one in the box.

Battery lasts about 10 minutes, robot runs into a wall and stays there, cannot program for rooms, poor cleaning. Complete waste of money. Next time I’ll purchase a Dyson.

Vacuum stops often. Says bin is full and it's far from full. Washed bin and all surfaces where bin fits with damp cloth, vacuumed filter, bin and all surfaces. Other than this recent problem I like it very much.

We have a J series robot, and it works about half the time. Garbage Benzle

I was trying to give 5 stars not 3. I have Eufy security and vacuum and absolutely love EUFY! Everything works super good!

Like it a lot but I wish it did a better job with dog hair. It leaves clumps of hair scattered around my house so I have to run a vacuum after running this vacuum.

Instructions on use are hard to find and confusing

I love this robo vac but I have not had any success in connecting to my smart phone and programming it.

I have 7 cats and a golden retriever so my day consist of vacuuming, sticky roller and vacuuming some more. Sue Ellen ( that’s what I named my robovac ) has been one of my best investments. I love Sue Ellen she freed up so much time in my life. I tell all my fiends about Sue Ellen. You won’t go wrong by getting your own Sue Ellen.

This is our 2nd iRobot and I’m hooking it up now. We absolutely loved our first one!!! Lasted a long time.

I have been using it for many years, it’s been performing good so far

I LOVE my robot - so much that I’ve named him Edwin! Anything that will clean my house so I can be out in my garden deserves a name!!❣️

I’ve own several Robot Vacuum’s over the years, and this is far and away the best. What’s great is the new feature where it automatically delivers dirt in their special bin. This is done after each cleaning. Also it doesn’t accumulate hair that clearly gs up on a normal robot. I’m sold!

I’ve only used it three times, but I’m amazed at this little critter that has a mind of its on. Trying to think of a name for it. My kids /grandkids went together and bought it for my 78th birthday!
So far it’s fascinating and doing a great job!
I plan to use it daily, because I have a cat.
So 5 stars for the Critter!

Trying to learn RobotVacuumApp and how to operate it it cleaned a 10 x 10 space perfectly I’m excited to learn how to do this correctly.

Oh I love mine, super happy with it. I’ve a few area rugs but 95 percent luxury vinyl she handles it well. I’m happy with her 😃
