I Kant even try CarSyncPlay. Make CarSyncPlay payed and don’t confuse the users. Don’t be so greedy.

DO NOT download/pay for CarSyncPlay if you are actively locked out of your vehicle - the only way to fully register your car (and thus, gain full access to CarSyncPlay ’s capabilities) is to have immediate access to the electronic settings menu on your car’s dash 🙄 they got a quick $10 out of me due to my impulsivity in trying to cut corners and not pay an actual locksmith in my time of need (yes, that’s on me, lesson learned!) …but just do yourself a favor and call the doggone locksmith first! (Rather than pointlessly pay for the “subscription” offered by this seemingly predatory app.) That is all, thank you ✌️

I paid for app and still waiting for a refund. I Requested cancellation within 15 minutes after finding it doesn’t work for my vehicle. Maybe they will refund me in a day or two

CarSyncPlay does not work with Lexus “Sign in with Apple” but you will not discover that until you purchase CarSyncPlay and then they will refuse to fix or refund the purchase.

My vehicle wasn’t listed, yet it requires payment prior to confirming vehicle is supposed.

This only works if you have an account already with the car manufacturer. Most of those are paid subs and all the exact info in that app is projected on CarSyncPlay. Meaning you pay twice! Just use the manufacturer app. Its cheaper.

I’ll be requesting a refund. I downloaded CarSyncPlay after locking my keys in my car. I thought this would be handy to have. Well they mad a quick $40 out of me because I could only gain access to the lock/unlock feature after I paid. That’s when I found out that Chevy isn’t compatible with CarSyncPlay. It continuously told me that I didn’t have an “active account with Chevy” I do have an account, but didn’t want to pay $40 a month for the OnStar so I thought this would suffice since I just wanted to lock and unlock my care in case of emergencies. It not possible to register my car on CarSyncPlay without having full access to the OnStar on my Chevy app. Why would I pay for both? Total scam.

I have been trying to contact someone about the issues I have been having as far as me not being able to properly use my account and I’m assuming THERES NOT REAL CONTACT INFORMATION!!

Everything in CarSyncPlay says it will work with your vehicle until you purchase it and then your vehicle is not compatible. Buyer Beware!!

Not sure why. Shows completely wrong car as well.

Does not work at all with a 2020 ford fusion energi/plug in. They got my for $79. To find this out.

I purchased CarSyncPlay because it said it was compatible with my Ford Flex. It is not after you buy CarSyncPlay .

I thought I was buying some advanced access to my car. When I asked the dealer why it isn’t working he said it doesn’t work on my car. So what did I get?

When I was going to connect my car in the free version after selecting Honda as my brand, CarSyncPlay asked me to pay for the payed version. I assumed since I could select it as a compatible brand in the free version of CarSyncPlay , it was compatible. I payed the 20 bucks then after selecting Honda I was taken to their website. This website asked me once more to select my brand and that’s when I found out that Honda is actually not compatible with CarSyncPlay . Why is Honda in CarSyncPlay if it’s not even compatible??

Right as you start CarSyncPlay you’re asked to pay. At least show me if CarSyncPlay works with my car or not? 🙄

Don’t get ripped off. They make you pay upfront and the product doesn’t work and you’re screwed

CarSyncPlay said it supported my car when I put the vin number in then when I purchased CarSyncPlay it says it doesn’t support my car. Looking for a refund!!!

After purchasing CarSyncPlay , I attempted the set up feature only to find out that the website does not work. There is no contact information or tech support.

Not all makes and models are compatible and you don’t know until after you purchase the subscription. My fault for being stupid. Don’t make the same stupid mistake I did and give your money to thieves.

Highly dissatisfied with CarSyncPlay. For me to even tell if my car was compatible I had to purchase. Once purchased and discovering my car is not compatible there is no way to contact anyone!

Don’t put things in the list just to make everyone think you have all these major brands. Honda was clearly in your rolling list, the reason I BOUGHT CarSyncPlay . I want my purchase refunded for false advertisement.

Could not see if my vehicle was compatible with CarSyncPlay, without first making a purchase only to not be able to cancel subscription and getting refunded for an app that wasn’t used.
