Cleaner Phone Storage Cleanup Reviews

Advertised as FREE, but after I downloaded it, it turned out to be a 3-day free trial, then weekly charge of $9. It didn’t really do anything & I still had to go through and select deleting them one by one. I can’t find anything on how to cancel. SCAM???

This “Cleaner” app offered a free three day trial but I was billed instantly for $8.99. There was no free trial! (False advertising) I tried to use CleanerPhoneStorageCleanup to clean my photo drive and it didn’t work as promised. I’m disappointed and out $8.99. I used it for 15 minutes and cancelled. I couldn’t get my money back, even after contacting Apple Support.

I did not find this program helpful for cleaning my phone. I signed up for the free 3 days program but with in 15 minutes I knew that this program was not going to solve my problem. I then started looking for the cancellation policy and how to cancel. I had to send an email for help. I would how long it will take to hear back from the help desk?

Only reason why I put a two is because it said it was free which it wasn’t but then it said I could try the premium if I do an add which is a chance most people wouldn’t get so it’s okay

One of the things I want deleted is storage, cache, old emails, and like items that after using do NOT need to be kept and stored on the phone. Every cleaner starts out cleaning photos, contacts, and videos. That is fine but where to go to get rid of trash or open files or a copy of every website you have used?

I tried CleanerPhoneStorageCleanup and it was to time consuming. I had to basically go through everything to delete. No real instructions on CleanerPhoneStorageCleanup on some of the things that it was reporting or space saving.

I didn’t realize that this product cost $100!!! I can’t afford this as I am a widow and have one income. I looked at my photos after the product supposedly eliminated duplicate photos and still had duplicates!!! This is what I spent $100? I would like a refund, and if I don’t get it, I will report you to the Better Business Bureau, although your company has probably been reported many times before

It was good the first 10-15 minutes, but then when I tried to delete some photos, it said that I had to pay like $8.99 a month to keep deleting photos and stuff. Then I tried to test my internet speed and that didn’t even work! I pressed the go button but nothing happened. And that were the only things I could do because I don’t have Messages or Facebook. I’m only 10 so I can’t have those on my phone.

I wish that CleanerPhoneStorageCleanup would be able to help me out with all the junk mail . Please get rid of all my junk mail and then I will give you a great revue that will make us all happy!!

I get confused when you ask for me to do anything. I am not good with these things but I am trying to learn to on my own

Really good for when you’re lazy like me or don’t have the time to clean your phone!
One thing I would like is them doing it for you like in one click of a button all your duplicates are gone.

Seems to work okay. Little confusing at the
first when the percentage optimized and
it was not 100%.

I have been using CleanerPhoneStorageCleanup for about a year. It is a very good cleaning app. You can use it for free with ads if you do not want to subscribe to the premium features.
The developers continue to make updates also which is great and are responsive to feedback.

I was able to delete one video that was a mistake! Thank You!

Overall this is a very solid cleaning app. It helps me remove duplicates quickly and easily. I also like the photo swiping feature. It makes cleaning your phone less of a hassle and actually fun as you look back on your memories.

I have been trying to utilize CleanerPhoneStorageCleanup for months and it’s still not allowing me to due to my not being able to access in app purchases.

I feel that the phone needs to be cleaned up. I use it a lot since I’m not able to get out as much as I used to. Am working very hard at keeping my mind active as I age.
I would really like to continue to use the phone as my source of information and enjoyment. Otherwise I feel cut off from the outside.
However, it seems to get more difficult with the constant cleaning and getting through the meriode of questions and answers. I’m trying to relax at my age of 80 but still try to enjoy myself in the confines of my limitations.
Can’t that be done any more?
