I own the home located at 1000 NW 166th St in Edmond. I rent that house and had a tenant move out prior to the end of the month. When he moved, he stopped service. I am set up for an automatic transfer in my name so I will not be without power for showings and repairs, etc... I had another tenant move in on May 1st and they put the service in their name; Joe Godwin. I have received a bill for service through May 19th. This is inaccurate and I would like the bill changed. I had service from April 28th through April 30th. My account # is: 133294174-7. My name is Mitch Shepley and my phone # is 808-281-1001. Please clear this up asap as I will be traveling out of state by June 8th and won't be back until this billing cycle is past due. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I have tried 6 different phone numbers and have failed to reach an OG&E representative.

17565 NE 12th st Choctaw, Ok 73020., The security light in my front yard is out. I have been trying to reach someone at og&e for over an hour after being told the wait time is less than 45 min. I'm 80 years old and don't get around so well, I Need that light for safety purposes. I pay for it regularly every month. If I don't hear from someone in the next few minutes, I'm going to complain to the Corp Comm. I don't know where else to turn for help unless the news media.

OG&E replaced the line from the pole to the house by burying a new line. The ditch was filled with fine sand and is on a slope. The first heavy rain washed much of the sand out, leaving holes in spots where the PVC containing the line could be see. I filled all in and smoothed it over. I told OG&E about the problem and they sent a man out to tamp down the sand. The next rain, the erosion was repeated, washing much sand out again, leaving low spots, making a mess of the driveway and the yard in general. I tried repeatedly calling customer service, but could never reach a live person, continuing to press buttons with no luck. It would not cost much, nor take much time properly correct the problem. A new family with small children is moving in next door and I am concerned with their safety because of situation, as described. Please rectify it as soon as possible. Thank you!

I want someone to come to my house and complete the job they started in July. They dug a hole & tore out part of the sidewalk. Sidewalk has been replaced, but dirt and bag of sand is still in the yard. We can’t mow in the area. The builder for the house across the street from me at 149 Orchid Ct , was the one that placed the order. He was building the house. I live across the street at 146 Orchid Ct. I am trying to set up new service and I have called and spent hours on hold to have someone answer the phone and tell me that they can't find the address and she was no help at all, she didn't know what to do. Kept putting me on hold and then told me that they'd call me back in 5-10 minutes. That was at 2:45 yesterday afternoon. Could someone please call me back so I can start my service and move into my new house please! Thank you for your prompt response on this matter.

I have not received a bill for June or July. I have tried to contact someone three different times with no help. The last time was today 8/1. I was told it would be approx. 2 hours and 10 minutes wait time. I do not want to have a tremendous bill all at one time. Would some one please contact me.

First of all how on earth is it that OG&E only first launching their app in 2023. Second the text field for the credit card number dose not support input from password managers or pasting. This adds a significant amount of friction to paying your bill and is extremely user hostal. It seems like maybe they think it’s some sort of data protection measure but in reality I think the product owner/project manager just knows nothing about data privacy best practices and is making things up as they go. Let 1Password enter my credit card number and I’ll come back to change my review.

More of a joke than the main web site. Whoever run this companies IT/web page must be very old and completely out of touch. App shows my bill from 2021 and no option to pay? Web site once you log in makes you find your current open account to pay? What a joke! Why would a company start you at an old address and closed account instead of pulling you in Q to the only open account. Get your act together OG&E.

They just made this app to say they have an app. No real useful information about power usage. And from the other reviews, sounds like it’s even harder to make payments than just using their website.
