Here are some helpful workarounds that should work whenever Shamar app keeps crashing or doesn't work as expected on your iPhone 14, 13,12,10,8,7,6, SE,XS,XR.

How to fix Shamar app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Shamar app on iPhone
Update Shamar app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Shamar iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Shamar on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Shamar network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix Shamar not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Shamar app issues:

Force Stop the Shamar App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Shamar app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Shamar to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Shamar App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Shamar app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Shamar.

Fix Shamar unable to contact server/ Shamar internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Shamar » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Shamar » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Shamar on android.
