Lights started to malfunction after about 1 week. The remote that came with it never worked, even with multiple tries with different batteries. Don’t waste your money.

For some reason the brightness won’t change ? It’s very low you can barley see the light

I don’t understand why it wants you to pay for all the other light settings like just the normal red fade or other colors wants you to pay for it when we can literally download another app that does it for free there is no difference in LEDStripLightControllerapp then the free app and the free app does more and has several fades and strobes options and lots of cool stuff but this is ridiculous one star for me on LEDStripLightControllerapp trash🗑️

It's actually so ridiculous that these people think it's okay to charge you $4.99 a WEEK to be able to control LED lights that you already bought in the store for $20. Actually insane how sad the state of things are that you need to con thousands of people into giving you money for mediocre LED lights and a pointless app. Please explain why you need $4.99 a week the equivalent almost $300 for a year for LED lights. Pointless and insulting. This should've been advertised in the store and honestly people should be able to sue you for lying to them like this

Clogs the screen with a pop up asking to buy premium every time you open LEDStripLightControllerapp making it too slow to use efficiently, and locks custom colors behind a pay wall and only allows primary colors.

Love how apps hit you up for a rate the app before you try it & you can down load it “For FREE” & the they hit u up &/or you can’t do anything unless u pay them. Smh so they get a 1 star cuz they wanted me to rate them & I said no & they hit me wit a $$$.

Was highly disappointed to learn that the control app for these lights costs $5 a week! For a remote most light strips come with free. Here we’ll sell you the light but you have to pay a subscription to use the features. I’m completely disgusted. What a load of bull!!!

To use certain colors from LEDStripLightControllerapp you need to pay actual money, even to turn the brightness up or down. No thanks. I recommend look elsewhere.

LEDStripLightControllerapp is ridiculous! I don’t understand why you have to pay money to use just any color. It’s insane! And my LEDS won’t work with it. Worst LED control app ever. LEDStripLightControllerapp is horrible!😡 The developer responses are crap as well! They say that there are free features in LEDStripLightControllerapp , really? Like, 4 free features.. that’s bad. I shouldn’t have to pay $4.99 a month. I don’t know what the developer was thinking, but LEDStripLightControllerapp is bad.

LED strip will not connect to iPhone via Bluetooth. Tried everything under the sun to troubleshoot. I’ve been a web developer for 20+ years so incompetence is not the issue. Also, LEDStripLightControllerapp features that people want to use are not free. It’s a paid subscription. Lastly, using the remote requires a clear line of site to function. Since my outlet is behind the couch (ya know, to hide the plugin and make the install look nice) these lights strips are not practical for most people. Avoid LEDStripLightControllerapp, this company, and this light strip at all costs.

This is ridiculous! I used LEDStripLightControllerapp and it automatically turned of my LED lights permanently! I just got these LED lights for Christmas and now they don’t work because of LEDStripLightControllerapp! Please fix this I want working LED lights.

When I got my leds they were bright and now that I connected them to LEDStripLightControllerapp 🙄 they are not bright they are very dim and can barely see them I don’t like LEDStripLightControllerapp wast of time and no one wants to pay for it to just turn it up that’s dumb very disappointed

Not to be rude but, are you kidding me, like why do you want us to pay 4.99 a month just to change our lights like are you serious? I just got some $20 LED lights and now you want me to pay 4.99 a month like are you even kidding? And you want me to try a free trial for three days like are you kidding me?!

Not very happy with your product not nearly as easy to install as on TV. I’ve been at it for three hours and it doesn’t work your apps want you to charge $8.99 a month to 1299 a month definitely isn’t worth it trying to do anything with this is next and possible so I think I’ll be returning these and give me a bad review to see HSN

Its a very expensive subscription based payment if you want any standard functionality, which based of the free offerings seems likely to be broken.

The standard free features include:
- 5 changeable colors (only 2 work)
- some random flashing options, most are broken
- on/off button

Shouldn’t have to pay a monthly fee. I already paid for the lights, LEDStripLightControllerapp should be free or a one time fee.

When I got them half of them, like half of the lights were broken and I had to spend some stupid money and it doesn’t even work. He had a hard time connecting still hasn’t connected. It doesn’t play Bluetooth. I only can have a couple of colors which I really don’t like and the controller glitches a lot I wish I never bought these and I wish I bought the other brand that was sitting right beside them but no I didn’t so that’s on me

With all the inflation happening right now you guys actually want people to pay you? For using a strip light that we paid for? The audacity is just wooooow

After a three day trial, subscription to control LED lights is $4.99 A WEEK. They prompt you to sign up one you open it, likely to get people to click through without realizing it. You’d be out of your mind to pay $259/year for LEDStripLightControllerapp. SCAM.

My led lights no longer work LEDStripLightControllerapp is not worth it as soon as I clicked change color when I first downloaded LEDStripLightControllerapp my led wont work

That’s like if I had to be charged to eat the food I cook. I paid for the food I’ll eat what I want. There’s other apps guys. You don’t have to use this specific or any specific one to change your lights. Don’t be stupid and pay to change the lights you paid for.

Trash, bought the lights and they were blinking all bright with different colors and then you connect and it’s all low and one color and for 4.99 a week you can actually Change it how stupid

LEDStripLightControllerapp is pay to use, they want you to pay a monthly subscription for features you can use free on other apps

It makes you pay for it unless you want a party mode thing but if you want just a color like blue or something you have to pay.

Just another “print to pdf” like app that wants $156 a year to control lights. I’m only here because the free Govee app wanted me to create an account. Charge $20 a year or something reasonable and stop scamming people. App should be kicked from the store.

You can only change between 5 colors without premium and you can’t even change the brightness. I can choose more colors with the tiny remote I got in the box

Very confused, I can’t turn this brightness up other than to pay? My family struggles financially so we cannot afford this. Is there any other way than to pay? This is very unreasonable.

Overall it seems like a very well made app for the “Bluetooth led lights” except for the fact that it doesn’t even work at all I am paying 5$ a week for nothing?!? That is very expensive for a piece of nothing that doesn’t even work!

It lets me connect but the problem is that when i try turning it on it only turns on for half a second so technicaly u have to pay to use the led lights

I bought myself a light strip so I could have LED lights. My remote isn’t working for it anymore, so I decided to try to download what I thought was the best overall rated app. Ofc LEDStripLightControllerapp looked great. Had amazing features and of course when I was just about to add my strip to my Bluetooth- boom. It says I need to play about 5 bucks a month? I already pay for my electric bill so why should I have to pay for an app just to change the color of my light strip.. I feel like it’s all just a scam for your cash and people just fall for it. I remember having an app similar to this and it was totally free? So seeing this totally confused me and made me utterly disappointed.

Wish I never connected to LEDStripLightControllerapp when I first plugged my daughters light in they were blinking different colors which I liked now that I have connected to LEDStripLightControllerapp they are only on a solid color and seems the only way to really do anything in LEDStripLightControllerapp is spend money like always

If there was a one time fee, I would get it but $4.98 per week is too much!!!! Thanks but I’ll just use the remote and save my money (who needs yet another monthly bill??? Especially for something you really don’t need!!!)

LEDStripLightControllerapp is good if u lost the led remote but I can seem to work it and it is very hard to do I wish someone could help me get something to work on these app do better plz

I connected one time and whenever I tried to connect again it disconnected I tried everything reloading LEDStripLightControllerapp un plugging my led lights and just wont work

My strip lights won’t change colors on LEDStripLightControllerapp anymore except when it does change it does it randomly by its self

The led light controller app is good everything is good but i used the free trial and it hadn’t ended and wasnt close and it charged me and i am now in debt 5.43$ and yeah so i dont know what is wrong with that hopefully they fix it because its still not paid for and i dont have money to pay for it

I had recently gotten my own LED lights and set them up and got LEDStripLightControllerapp for it. Only thing that bugs me is the fact you have to PAY a subscription just to get any color you want. Because I wonder if I were to lose the remote then I would have to only get four colors to choose from.

LEDStripLightControllerapp is alright, it gives out an great tutorial and it shows you on how you need to use LEDStripLightControllerapp . You can use any color, and can connect to any led lights. Here’s a problem though, you need to pay bucks to use ANY color. But I’m not upset about it because it’s what companies do since there’s also a free trial but what I’m upset is the fact not also all of the led lights can connect to onn. Led lights. I don’t know if it’s just actually unable to work like that or you just can’t. LEDStripLightControllerapp is great though! :3
