Doesn’t work & it’s a scam

LED strip will not connect to iPhone via Bluetooth. Tried everything under the sun to troubleshoot. I’ve been a web developer for 20+ years so incompetence is not the issue. Also, the app features that people want to use are not free. It’s a paid subscription. Lastly, using the remote requires a clear line of site to function. Since my outlet is behind the couch (ya know, to hide the plugin and make the install look nice) these lights strips are not practical for most people. Avoid this app, this company, and this light strip at all costs.

This app is ridiculous! I don’t understand why you have to pay money to use just any color. It’s insane! And my LEDS won’t work with it. Worst LED control app ever. This app is horrible!😡 The developer responses are crap as well! They say that there are free features in the app, really? Like, 4 free features.. that’s bad. I shouldn’t have to pay $4.99 a month. I don’t know what the developer was thinking, but this app is bad.
