It’s shocking to me how blatant they are about paying to win literally anything in their game. If you accidentally merge 3 items instead of 5 (which is extremely easy to do since there’s a weird lag when moving items that I cannot quite put my finger one), you might as well give up because you will not be able to complete the event unless you fork over a ton of gems/money. Every other merge game I have ever played has the opportunity to win, even if you have to grind through it. Also, you have to complete all daily quests to get the egg for the day, however like no other merge game I have ever seen, they want you to spend 7 gems a day, and get three level 1 gems in return (basically if you combine them you can get 1 gem back). Every other merge game ever gives you 10 gems in return when they have that daily. It’s extremely frustrating and I hope they quickly revamp and rethink about what they are doing because it has potential, hence the 2 stars instead of 1. But at this point it’s basically unplayable unless you are rich.

There seems to be glitches, still haven’t gotten the leadership rewards and still awaiting to hear from customer service. The amount of islands that get unlocked and need money to expand to is rather over the top and annoying. Wish there was an option to make them disappear so I can stop accidentally clicking on them.
Though the art is beautiful and the creatures are cute. I am curious to see where this goes if another leadership event happens and I don’t get rewards I will wind up deleting MergeNeverland and wait till a few more patches are done in hopes they are all fixed.

It’s a cute concept, i had this game on my download list for a while and was excited like Christmas morning to see if finally downloaded but my likes and dislikes mirror many of the other comments here.

It takes way too long to get anything done or make any movement because the fairy sleep for 15 minutes and at 15 minutes ONE fairy from each house wakes up, not all of them ONE and that one that wakes up can maybe accomplish 2-5 harvests before going to back sleep. I wanted to love it but my progress is moving way to slow to enjoy it and I’m not really seeing a story line here.

Game is sweet and your typical merge game but for two annoying features. You are constantly bombarded with video ads to watch and too many ‘islands’ to open that cost $$. I played for a solid day and a half and ended up deleting the game. If you are happy to pay to open the islands and are happy spending hours watching video ads, this game is for you. If not, don’t bother to download. It gets two stars for the cute aspect of the game.

Edit: I did make a purchase and the ads are still there so the claim, ‘any purchase will remove the ads’ is simply not true!

Being able to do things is way too slow! So slow you can’t even enjoy it! And the game is/looks NOTHING LIKE the advertising animations! FarmVille is NOT THIS SLOW! 😒 Then on top of that, I don’t understand “why” once you save the game on iCloud, if I don’t save it EVERY TIME, I lose what actions I’ve done!! It should automatically save! Not happy! ☹️

I’m have been counting the days until launch and was so excited to see it had downloaded to my iPad. And the very first thing to greet me was your “Privacy Policy” which you suggested I read. Well, read it I did and you know what? Your beautiful game has been deleted. I refuse to ‘accept’ such an egregious invasion of my privacy. /disgusted

First, the tutorial goes on for a ridiculously long time. It’s not needed. Second, the game play is too slow. I want to just merge but have to wait for slow graphics on the bubbles. It just wasn’t fun. The graphics are really nice.

Get rid of the tutorial that’s not necessary. Remove the stupid flower bubbles and keep the merging.

This game is cute, but the cat says “this is me” and you have the protagonist be all “yeah, no” immediately at the start of the game. That’s not ok. The whole exchange could have been left out, and I hope Loki gets justice soon. I’ll adjust the rating based on how this is handled.

I have many merge games. This one is really unique because it has a TALKING CAT. It’s also free! Love the game.

I can’t complete the daily challenges because there’s no videos. I can watch 1 per day then all I see is NO Videos. Otherwise it’s a great game.

This game is really cute and fun. But waiting for all the fairies to wake up from there sleep, it’s kind of annoying. Their should have half of the fairies sleep at different times.

Tried to play the game but it crashes right after the intro.

Where in the world is the game store?? This shouldn’t be so difficult!

I ‘pre ordered’ in anticipation of getting some rewards and exclusive critters. Typed in the CODE on you fb page and nothing. No new anything. Now with the Event.. there are not enough items to merge too unlock all the areas. Also, the movies/videos don’t work anymore. Maybe one will after exiting app and reloading. So so so disappointed….

Cute game but lots of issues due to little space to collect whats needed to merge and not being able to delete unwanted items. Customer service is nonexistent as of now and unless spending a bunch of money to unlock new areas, it will take month of playing full time to unlock a small area.

The swipe up menu to see info on the assets is right where the swipe up for iOS devices are. If this could be moved to the side even a little bit it would be a lot more helpful.
I love the mechanics and the extra things to do. This game is well put together. I've been playing merge dragons for YEARS and was excited to have another similar game to play that had the same feel.

The video function is not working?

Since the latest update the game will not boot up. It just sits on the main screen & will not proceed into the game after loading bars.

I enjoy the game, it is a lot like other merge games. The events would be better if they switched them up sometimes instead of the same type of event over and over. Also, speaking of event, I was unable to complete the last one due to the game not opening for the last 24 hours. It looks like it’s going to load and just sits on the initial screen, never opening to the game.

I absolutely love this game! It’s very fun and I love playing it, but when I tried to open it today, it won’t load past the main screen. Like it will fully load, but then gets to a screen where the play button is and the play button is gone. If this gets fixed, I’ll certainly raise my stars from 2 to 5!

Love the game, just wish you did not have such a high point gather in the events to get the highest prize…& fairies need to work longer before going to sleep

I’m really enjoying this game, but I haven’t been able to play since I did the most recent update for it.

Like the game so far. Dont like that you can’t buy more with coins. Dont like that the fairies get tired to quick. Where is the option for unlimited fairy use if friends send gifts

I had gotten into the game quite a bit and this update yesterday made it where I cannot even get past opening screen. No button to enter game etc. I even had to uninstall and reinstall, still nothing. Please fix

Unable to login… missing out on daily gems and all other things….. I was excited for this game and have spent a lot of money…. Now nothing!

Update August 19….. Can finally login…. missed 3 days of playing… missed finishing an event… can start an event to late to make it even worth playing…. and I’m compensated not even half of what I missed out on… I bought the get gems every day option… missed 3 days.. 75 gems that I already paid for. I have spent a lot of money on this game… the compensation feels like an insult

I love this game, I am addicted to it. I love the events where you can merge for as long as you want and the fairies don’t get tired. I’ve been playing it everyday since it came out but today I got on and I'm stuck on the first load screen. I have tried deleting MergeNeverland and redownloading. I have tried restarting my phone. I have checked for updates and I can’t seem to get it working. Any advice?

I downloaded the game and was loving it but now when I open the game it is stuck on the log in screen and doesn’t show start or anything and i believe I have lost everything I worked so hard to get and the money I spent on it… help!!!!

*Edit: I have given this a 5 star review now because of the company listening to me about not getting in the game. I am so excited I can get in here now.

2/5 Every since the new update I haven’t been able to get into my game

I love the game and definitely would have given it 5 stars. The fairies are so cute and I love that they are story book characters. The constant events and other ways to gain what you need is great ! However, I just updated my game to the most recent update and it wont load past the intro screen. A new event started and I can’t even play.

I’ve been playing this game for awhile and I like it but ever since this lasted update I haven’t been able to login which also means I’ve lost out on some rewards also if I’m not able to play here soon I will have to get rid of the game and I really don’t want to

I really love this but since last update the game won’t open.

I like the game. Cute graphics and nice gameplay. My issue is all of the treasure boxes that you cannot buy. Why not have it where they can be deleted it disappear after a certain amount of time. They take up a lot of space which is already limited

I love the game but I just downloaded the update and now it won’t load. At first I was getting the “enter” or “sign in to save” options. I tried entering and nothing would happen. I closed out of MergeNeverland and went back in. Same thing. So I tried to sign in and got as far as it confirming my Face ID and then it stopped loading. Now when I close out of MergeNeverland and go back in, nothing happens. Not even an enter option. I had made a lot of progress in the game and I probably should have saved it before but I hadn’t planned on deleting MergeNeverland so I wasn’t concerned about losing my progress. I didn’t realize an update could compromise my game progress. Help.

The new event won’t download :(
When the game is working, I really enjoy playing. I especially like that the creatures don’t auto harvest in town; this is the best feature since your powers aren’t wasted in town. Gives you the opportunity to get things done and still have harvesting moves when needed.

I’m not sure what’s going on but I can’t log in I’ve tried for 30 mins this morning I have had paid for getting 25 gems every day and I can’t access it this only accrued with the new update

People that say this, to me, after having played the game for a bit now, seem to be just bitter. You don’t actually have to pay it all. Of course they give you the option for different sections of the game. But they also generously reward you with gems and other things. This is all these games are. Anyways, I wanted to defend this game because I’m enjoying it as it is and I haven’t paid anything. And I don’t think it’s fair for people to rip on something when they are simply exercising their own choice to pay or not.

The game is fun and pretty but the fairies sleep for SO long regardless of upgrading their houses. They only come out one at a time and maybe do 1-3 tasks before going back to sleep. I’m not watching an ad every time I want a fairy to come out only for 2 seconds. Why does only one fairy come out btw?? This merger game is fun but wow that fun quickly disappears when you’re waiting 15 min each time to get some real progress done. The spawn time for anything is insane too, especially the coin jars. Other than that, merging each item is easy to understand with a nice bonus each time you merge 5 or more items.

It does give me more stress than what I had when I downloaded it the little fairies lag a lot and nothing happens and it becomes very boring and I feel like there is kinda no goal everything is locked and there is nothing to do , and when you watch an advertisement for a reward it takes sooooo long and it doesn’t even do anything I get nothing so then I have to spend gems which is so much just for a power up temporarily and when it’s supposed to give a “power boost “ in your fairies they just stop doing everything, overall I give this 2 stars this could do much better 😕.

I have been enjoying this game somewhat since I got it. However, there is a bug where it won’t let you pop bubbles or tap on stars, as the game thinks you are asking your fairies to harvest the item. This has caused immense annoyance and has basically stopped me from enjoying it. Devs, please fix :(

This game has potential to be very fun and addicting but having a fairy be out for less than a minute is ridiculous. There’s other similar games out there where the fairies stay out for at least 5 minutes in order to be able to progress in the game. Unfortunately have to remove this game as it still needs some work.

I totally love this game but I constantly have issues trying to watch any videos for the extra things you can get. So I can’t finish my daily challenges because I can’t watch the 5 videos like it wants me to. It just shows that there are no videos to watch.

I absolutely love this game. I have played a lot of merge games,it’s bacillus all I play,and this one is the best one I have played so far. It is much easier to get items that you need to progress in this games then in the other games I have played,which means you move along much faster in this games then in the others. I ,for one,don’t mind spending money on the game,as long as it’s not something you have to do to progress in the game,and it isn’t in this game. I will definitely will continue to play this game and will recommend it to my friends that play merge games. I already have 3 friends that are playing it now because I told them about it. Thank you for a wonderful game,you guys did a great job on this one.

Every time I try to make a purchase my card is declined. There is money in my account. And the same card works everywhere else. I love this game but when I try to make a purchase it’s because I really want whatever I’m trying to purchase. It kind of takes away from the whole experience. I really wish that this would be fixed. This game is great and this is the only problem with it.

The game isn’t as fun as others I play and ends up being a bad value for the money if you spend money on games like I do. But I mainly wanted to leave a review and say that y’all stole the Travel Town ad that features Kylie Jenner. It’s a bad ripoff and obvious. And the other ads I see are nothing like actual gameplay. Immediately deleted as I won’t support thieves and liars. When will this trend of false ads go extinct already?!?!

If you’re tired of false ads like me, start leaving reviews, folks!

Sometimes when I open the special event I can’t play it because there is no way to get a fairy to be able to play.

Good game for time killing and tapping. Only one major issue I have with it though. THOSE DIMENSIONAL JARS NEED TO GO! They take up too much time to get rid of when you combine just a couple of items. If you do a huge chain combination so many of them appear. Takes too much time during some levels of play to get rid of them. Heaven forbid you click to delete it and end up spending gems that you have been saving or end up clicking an item you want saved and cash out on it. They are a nuisance. Can you figure out a way to put it in settings as an option to not receive them? I can’t keep on just putting them in a corner and waiting for them to expire.

I will play it when my tablet has more room but my sister loves the game she plays it nonstop and always tells me about the game

I’m not sure if there was an update or what happened… but I can’t exit out of the first of many annoying game pop ups as soon as it opens and loads… it won’t let me do anything, not even buy the package! Also ever since I logged into my account to save my data it is CONSTANTLY requiring me to sign back in and it’s getting pretty irritating. But nowhere near as irritating as not being able to play it lol

I love this game but I’m not happy with the challenges in the games you travel in because you have to purchase extra items in order to complete the quest which is unfair and unjustified not everyone has the $$ to purchase these extra items . Feeling as if that’s the only thing the developers want.

Every time I try to open the newest “event” it ALWAYS tell me “failed to load” even though my network connections are working perfectly. Really getting frustrating. But other than that I do love it.

So!!! I absolutely love this merge game. But! My current experience is extremely frustrating to the point that, I unfortunately have to resort to posting a review. ….I’m sure I’ve spent over $200 on extras with in the last 7 months. Who knows all together. I’ve spent countless hours playing, merging and collecting rewards, super excited to see the next level up on items. Well, that all disappeared when I tried to download the game on my iPad instead of on my iPhone. Larger screen, larger screen…. And a happier consumer? Yes?! Nope: Doing so, my progress, purchases and any extras earned, disappeared on both device platforms. Yet, when I log into the “creator” Site, it shows all my purchased items. As well as my iCloud account…. Hmmmm? I have reached out, now 3 times, via email, phone and “Contact Us”. I don’t want to have a refund, I would like my account restored to where it was at the same progress level. I HOPE THIS IS READ, ACKNOWLEDGED, CORRECTED AND PREVENTED FROM FUTURE OCCURRENCES.
