So!!! I absolutely love this merge game. But! My current experience is extremely frustrating to the point that, I unfortunately have to resort to posting a review. ….I’m sure I’ve spent over $200 on extras with in the last 7 months. Who knows all together. I’ve spent countless hours playing, merging and collecting rewards, super excited to see the next level up on items. Well, that all disappeared when I tried to download the game on my iPad instead of on my iPhone. Larger screen, larger screen…. And a happier consumer? Yes?! Nope: Doing so, my progress, purchases and any extras earned, disappeared on both device platforms. Yet, when I log into the “creator” Site, it shows all my purchased items. As well as my iCloud account…. Hmmmm? I have reached out, now 3 times, via email, phone and “Contact Us”. I don’t want to have a refund, I would like my account restored to where it was at the same progress level. I HOPE THIS IS READ, ACKNOWLEDGED, CORRECTED AND PREVENTED FROM FUTURE OCCURRENCES.
