Here are some helpful workarounds that should work whenever Miho app keeps crashing or doesn't work as expected on your iPhone 14, 13,12,10,8,7,6, SE,XS,XR.

How to fix Miho app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Miho app on iPhone
Update Miho app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Miho iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Miho on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Miho network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix Miho not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Miho app issues:

Force Stop the Miho App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Miho app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Miho to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Miho App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Miho app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Miho.

Fix Miho unable to contact server/ Miho internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Miho » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Miho » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Miho on android.
