How to fix High Tide app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the High Tide app on iPhone
Update High Tide app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall High Tide iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix High Tide on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve High Tide network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix High Tide not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent High Tide app issues:

Force Stop the High Tide App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click High Tide app. » click "Force Stop".

Update High Tide to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear High Tide App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "High Tide app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch High Tide.

Fix High Tide unable to contact server/ High Tide internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click High Tide » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got High Tide » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch High Tide on android.
