This app is super insightful and helped me understand my dreams coherently. I only wish it was more upfront about some features being limited behind a paywall. The AI insight and image generation are my favorites, they work amazingly for dreams! But you only get to use those for like 3 different dreams before premium is required. Luckily, the frameworks seem to be the free version but if those become locked behind the paywall, then the app just turns into a boring dream log app. Because the premium aspect was unexpected, I’m worried even the dream log will be taken away and I’ll have to start over with a different app.

I have struggled with nightmares for a long time. I’ve tried counseling and therapy and nothing seems to work. I use to keep a dream journal and after last night’s horrible nightmares I decided to look for an app to help me track my dreams. This was the first app to show up so I decided to give it a try. I have to say I’m impressed! The AI interpretation of my dreams really helped me to put my nightmares into a different perspective, allowing the fear they are causing me to subside. Thank you to the developers of this APP! You have no idea just how much I needed this! Your app provides something that I haven’t been able to get in therapy or counseling! Really it’s a game changer!

I have been using this app for over a year and it has gotten much better over time with the interpretations. I think I actually got it before the A.I. feature. The more time you spend with personal “symbol associations” and “feeling and context”, the more enlightening your interpretation will be. It will ask you reflective questions which might make good journal prompts. Processing these dreams is like excavating all the dark crevices of your subconscious. So necessary. Of course, it admits it is just AI and will not give you anything actionable. But it is helpful to understand yourself a little more.
