Keeps saying password is incorrect

My password is correct! I can only login on the website on the iPad. But when I try it on the app it says incorrect password. So I have to log my daughter in on the website so that she can use it. I would like for her to use the app so that I don’t have to log her in on the website!!! Could your company send out an update to fix the problem so that she can use the app. Thanks Only one star because app doesn’t work for me.

Glitch makes it unusable

I upgraded to premium and have been using the app regularly, but all of a sudden now my account says I need to upgrade again to use premium features even though I was just charged less than a week ago. Trying to restore purchases results in a “bad server response” message. I finally just cancelled my premium membership since the app is unusable at this point.

Had to cancel for poor support

Sign up for pro and it worked for a day then asked to upgrade again. Tried restoring purchases and verified with Apple that it’s billing me monthly but, EG can’t seem to figure this out and tells me that it has to go to developers. Guys this is a simply account issue and this should not be a hassle. Fix this.
