UI has dead ends and use cases not thought out

Clicking on ‘select action’ allows you to enter a screen you cannot leave without force quitting the app.

Difficult to view the important details without navigating several screens. These details are: ETA to next stop (morning pickup or afternoon drop off).

In all, this seems like a step backwards from the Ride360 app, which wasn’t great but this one is worse.

The app is extremely glitchy. I can expect its rating getting down to 1 star very promptly to catch the old app.
