We are forced to update and myRLCHome cannot be updated as the spinning wheel of death shows up and nothing happens. Bring back the normal webpage which was fine until you sort this out. I am without information and have no clue about my units, try and get your reps to answer emails, why do they not care? Terrible company to deal with especially as a foreigner as we're use to getting things done and call returned and emails answered.
This company needs to show more respect to its clients , I for one will never do business with them again. Too bad!
App freezes up just as you check Homeowner. Can not proceed. App is useless if you can’t complete creating an account.
Garbage App
So impressed with my overall experience with RLC and now there is myRLCHome. It is a bit lag at times but most of the time it’s great and it’s so nice to have an app to do everything you need to do for your unit. Other developers you have to do everything manually, with RLC everything can be done online and now they have myRLCHome! It’s new and has its typical new app bugs but I’m sure that will get worked out with time.
RLC app used to be usable/workable until being updated as of January 2026. This new app is totally useless/garbage. All previous transaction records are nowhere to be found anymore, Statement of Accounts are no longer available...
