Close and restart the Checkmate app on iPhone
Update Checkmate app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Checkmate iPhone app

To resolve Checkmate network issues, Reset phone network settings:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Checkmate app issues:

Force Stop the Checkmate App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Checkmate app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Checkmate to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Checkmate App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Checkmate app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Checkmate.

Fix Checkmate unable to contact server/ Checkmate internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Checkmate » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Checkmate » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Checkmate on android.
