My app must have been broken for about a month now. Nothing will load on any tab, no matter how good my wifi or data is. The first time I noticed this issue, I went to the email they suggested I reach out to to report it. I have yet to receive a response from them, despite that first email being three weeks ago, and sending an additional three emails. They tell us they want our feedback, but won’t help when I express that I’m having an issue with the app.

I think the app is really fun, and I would love to actually use it. However every time I download it after a certain period of time it tells me that I haven’t done my onboarding questions (I have) and doesn’t let me rescan with anyone. I’ve had this same problem twice now, and the first time I deleted my account by and made another one, which worked for a while but the problem started up again. I want to use the app! It just won’t let me

the developers of this app must be children or must've made this as a weekend project. why does it not give you the option to invite people tht aren't in your contacts or have some alternative way to invite or share with friends? isn't that the whole point? user experience is terrible. L app.
