I love going to the movies and I actually spend quite a lot going every week or two so I decided to get a credit card and join the A-list. I got the card. It was going great. I later get a charge for a payment that I didn’t make. I reached our to them and customer service was bad. It was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I was told that they resolved my payment and when I asked if I had to pay that even though I didn’t make the transaction, and they said there was nothing they could do and I would probably have to pay. When I call they make me email and when I send an email, the email says that I need to call. So what do I do? Which is it? You’re better off just not even getting the app or calling. The app is just as bad when it comes to disputes and false charges.

I had no problem applying for the card, but when I had to download the app again after it accidentally got deleted there is no option for an existing user to sign in. It asks for my phone number and email address, then tells me I am an existing customer and only gives me the option of using another email/phone number to open a new account.

The app ask for a photo of your ID. Front photo works and the app guides you to move the camera closer. The next photo for the backside will not work and the app guiding you does not appear. You can’t manually upload either.
