الموقع لا يسجل المتاجر والدعم سيء

الموقع لا يسجل المتاجر فيه مشاكل كثيره والتواصل مع الدعم سيء جدا جدا جدا وندمت اني ضيعت شهر من عمري على مراسلاتهم وكل مره يطلب فواتير وارسل له ويرد الفواتير ليس موضح فيها المنتجات وارد عليه الفواتير موضح فيها صورة المنتج وعنوان المنتج ووصف المنتج ، عن اي منتج تتكلم ي موظف الدعم الفاشل ؟
اتمنى اذا هناك اداره للشركه النظر في وضع بعض الموظفين الذين يحاولون تنفير اصحاب المتاجر من التعامل معكم
