They froze my account with zero warning the day AFTER I deposited $4000 into my account. They said they can’t tell me why until I verify my identity. I upload my ID and passport plus my lease from my housing they say they can’t verify me and tell me to resubmit and I’ll be unlocked in 6 business hours it’s been 3 days now! They don’t accept a lease for proof of address but wants my payroll statements.. like what?! They won’t tell me WHY just that they had to verify a purchase! This feels scamy and I’m looking into hiring a lawyer against this “banking” place. I only got the card to use when abroad. The customer service is horrible and WHY IS MY ACCOUNT LOCKED AFTER 3days! BUYER BEWARE!
Contact BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU!!!! Stole money, locked my account. Requesting personal info to steal identity and money. SCAM!!!!! BEWARE!!!

After a dispute was filed,which I cancelled.. they proceeded to freeze my card telling me they needed further identification… Then they took over 200 dollars from the company and sent me a check for 11 dollars and won’t answer any calls or emails.
